I keep seeing colorful hot air balloon images popping up in the gallery. It seems like everyone has a recently released set or image featuring them. I really want to see all of the options before I choose one (or two!) What are your favorites?
I don't have the PTI set yet -- although it's on the list! -- but I do have this really neat set from Practicing Creativity Designs called Look Up! It has several balloon sizes, as well as a banner stamp.

The hot air balloon set, Up Up and Away, by Verve has been on my wish list for a long time. It looks like it's on sale right now, too! If you scroll down on this link, you can see a gorgeous card made with it:
I, too, have my eyes on PTI's Up, Up & Away. But still on the fence since some of the images are distressed.
The distressed texture has held me back too. That and the size of the set. Since I already have cloud stamps, cloud paper, and some matching sentiments, I don't feel like I need the full kit and kaboodle. They're all so great though, it's hard to choose.
I might be able to sate myself with a good single stamp. Just have to find one I love.
PTI also has another set - Everyday Button Bits - that includes 3 hot air balloons (as one stamp). This stamp set is really cute! It is made to put buttons in the grayed out sections of the images shown on their website. It also looks really cute with just punched out circles of plain or patterned paper instead of buttons too. HTH

If you're looking for a single hot air balloon image, I found one by Shabby Green Door (a division of Daisy Bucket)HERE -- just scroll about halfway down the page.
What I like about it is that the balloon itself is plain, which allows you to paperpiece it or color it in.

I also ordered the balloon set & dies from PTI's last release. I don't think there was a sample made by the design team that I didn't love & plan on casing when my set gets here.
Oh Wow! I have Never given a thought to buy a Hot Air Ballon stamp set before, until I saw this thread. Thank you to the OP and you Ladies who have opened my eyes to learning about a new "trend" I'm not a trend follower, but sometimes they are great
Now, I just have to decide which one I want to buy - LOL
Those are amazing, Bird. Thank you so much for sharing your talents! I just tried my first digi stamps last week and can't wait to try a few of your balloons.
Bird, I love your balloons and I was just scrolling down to see if anyone posted a link, because I was going to share if they hadn't. Thanks again for sharing your amazing talent!
