Default Double-sided adhesive sheets

Has anyone ever seen anything that resembles this?

I want to make a cut out card with an image in the background, covered by "packing tape" and sprinkled with glitter. BUT!!!! The packing tape is not wide enough and therefore is a messy thing to work with. I have seen on websites the clear double-sided adhesive sheets but cannot find any in stores.

Any idea where I can get some?

Thanks,

Vicki

pennywisearts.com

great site, great prices, great service

check out their ultrafine clear translucent microbeads, too - it's a glass glitter- very elegant effect

Talking

I recently asked the same question in the Techniques forum. Based on suggestions I received, I went to JoAnn Fabrics and found "Peel 'n Stick", which comes in sheets, and can be found near the appliques. I too, have a project in mind that I did at a card workshop. We used the same technique you are describing. It turns out looking like sugar-coated candy! It is really awesome!

I tried using the Peel 'n Stick, and it worked well. Just make sure you press down really hard in the glitter so it sticks well. Hope this helps!

Default CTMH does!

If you have a CTMH rep they sell the double sided adhesive. I use it for glitter mostly...but I'm sure there are other uses.
