I think my hobby is really collecting, since I collect more than I use! So, yes I will likely buy more new Christmas ones this year. Oh, and I have already bought more new Halloween!
I usually pick up or order 2-3 new Christmas stamps each year...sadly, I find new stuff inspiring and the old stuff is just what I use to help the new stuff stay at the top of the pile!

Oh YES, can I relate to this! I probably have more Christmas stamps than any others, but that won't / doesn't stop me from getting MORE!!!!I suffer from the belief that " you can't have too many stamps" and "I've never met a stamp I haven't liked...at least at the time it was bought".
Have Stamp Club tonight and am buying one. Plan on buying one in November too. Plus I have one that I bought last year and never got around to using. I bought Dasher last year. Used him a lot and I am sure I will this year too.
I have been trying to not buy any new stamps. Period. I have somewhere around 1200 individual stamps and I think I may have only used about maybe 100 of them for cards (I tend to use a lot of digi stamps too). I'm a sucker for anything Christmas, so probably about 20% of my stamps are Christmas stamps and I only send out 10 cards (5 of 2 different designs) every year. So I have enough Christmas stamps to last me another 100 years...

To answer the original question, I buy quite a few new Christmas stamp sets every year! I'm an SU demo, so I do that as part of my business, but I also hate mass producing, so most of my Christmas cards are one-of-a-kind. Sometimes I'll make 2-4 that are the same, but not often. ;-o

I didn't realize Dasher was that long ago either, but I spent time looking through all of my Christmas stamps the other day looking for him and I can. not. find. him. - ugh! I know I didn't get rid of that stamp but haven't used it in quite a few years; wonder where he's hiding : (
