I rarely post a comment about someone's cards (I am on dial up so it is enough to just view them). I enjoy reading the forums much more, spend more time on the forums than I do stamping. I am going to try to do better at that, maybe when I am at work and have DSL I will sneak a few comments in.
I recently checked out my little gallery and saw that I had 33 comments on a card I uploaded. I don't even think it is that great--it must have been uploaded at a good time.
Anyway...what is the most number of comments you have received on a card? And post the link to your card here.
Ok, no fair, the card with the most comments in my gallery wasn't even done by me, it was done by my son! It had 19 comments total, but two of them were from me in response to questions. Here's the link: Gallery at Splitcoaststampers
Here is the second highest card that was done by me: Gallery at Splitcoaststampers
16 total comments with one from me.
One other card in my gallery that had a lot of comments was also done by my son: Gallery at Splitcoaststampers
15 comments two from me.
Heck, I am happy if I have even one or two comments on a card, some of my cards don't have any comments at all.

I don't upload cards very often--many of my cards are case'd, and I don't feel very creative. I'm thrilled when I do get comments on my cards, and my own little rule is: For every comment I receive, I go to the gallery and give 2 or 3 back! Especially on cards that have few comments.
Jenn-I loved your little blue card, and will have to case it! It's a perfect example of how all of the elements of the card just pull together for a
wonderful end result!
Here's my card, and it was my very first upload! Gallery at Splitcoaststampers

I pretty much get time to play late at night on the weekends (I work a full time job and then I have two little one's under the age of 4 to boot). I love/appreciate any/all comments on my cards. When I'm browsing the gallery during the week (when I'm at work...bad girl) I do try to leave comments. I figure it's good carma and there are just so many fabolous stampers on here NOT to comment.
Well was I ever shocked when I looked in my gallery and saw the number of comments on a card I had linked as one of my favorites back in December! I don't remember doing it but it has 27 comments! I usually get between 1 and 6! Any comments are so thrilling for me! I work all week and usually am to tired after dinner to make cards, once in a while I do, but I usually only have Saturday night and Sunday to play. It's a long time between uploads for me! Thanks for posting this thread! I added all your cards to my favorites! Now I have to go back and comment! Anyway here is joey's card! Gallery at Splitcoaststampers
I also don't upload very many - in spite of help from scs members, I still am computer challenged enough that I have trouble getting the uploads to look good. (I think they are much better IRL!!) Also, I get so much of my inspiration on this site that there is not much originality to show off.
I just very recently got a scanner, so I have been enjoying uploading cards to my gallery. My card that received the most replies has 11 comments. Here's the link: Gallery at Splitcoaststampers

Here is mine. I have 18 comments on it. I think most of them were from the honesty thread though. I have many things in my gallery with no comments. :(
Well I just checked and I'm amazed to report that the highest number of comments on one card is... 42!!!! I'm staggered and hasten to add that that is the exception, rather than the rule. I think it's because it was for a challenge and then I took part in that thread about picking the best card from the previous poster's gallery and several picked the same card. It's this one: Gallery at Splitcoaststampers.
The most I had was 19 comments on a Christmas card. I basically cased it from a magazine using SU stamps.
My next big one was a Sporting Goods card for 17 comments. Incidentally, I saw it was featured on Stampers Showcase Jan. 12th or around there, there was a happy moment.

Loved this one for quite a long time, held on to it forever...then used it as a get well for s SCS'er. Now when I look at it all I see is that is is begging for a background stamp!! It has 31 comments...my next closest is 15 or so.
The most I ever had was 51 comments on a card. It was because it was linked to a favorites thread though. I have to admit it still made me feel really good! I'm in the middle of cooking dinner right now but I'll come back later and check out all your cards and add even more comments.
The most comments I received on a card is 28. It was the inspiration for a sketch challenge, though, and that certainly bumped up the number of comments. Here it is: Gallery at Splitcoaststampers
WoW!! I can see why all of you have a lot of comments. I've just been browsing through and have seen some fabulous cards.
My highest number was 33 (a bunch of people were asking for the template). Ladybug
another view... Ladybugs 2
I thought I'd made it bigtime when this one reached 11! I leave a reasonable amount of feedback for others, especially if there's under 20 comments and it really impresses me.
My highest comment card is one that I hurried to make and upload because a good friend has mentioned that she hadn't seen any of my cards at SCS for a while. Average is 1 comment for every 100 views. Higher than that is great!
This card got 51 comments. Just like duvalld, I was thrilled to squeak into the last category!
If you are like me, you upload cards for the approval given with comments by fellow SCS'ers. In fact, I don't upload very often because I waste too much time checking on my comments. I'm trying to be more confident of my stamping ability and not rely on comments so much!
That being said, I feel good about a card if it gets at least 10 comments. What is the minimum amount of comments that it takes to satisfy you?
Here's one with 61. I can't figure out why it got this many, though. I guess that it was because I'd used new colors. It's pretty uninspired. Gallery at Splitcoaststampers
Most of my cards get 0-8 comments, but this Happy Holidays card received 30!!! (Of course, it was a technique challenge). This Thank You card is my most commented non-challenge card.
Most of mine don't get too many comments:( The most for a card is 14, but most are under 10. I did a tunnel picture once, and that got 34, but it was not totally original, just changed some. I will keep trying, but most of my cards are cased somewhat.

Most of my cards receive about 4-10 comments. Since I am a geek, I went and looked at the statistics of my gallery....
3285 comments on 417 photos, which brings the average to almost 8 per card, but keep in mind there are a lot with under 5, and a few gems with over 20. My all time high was this one, with 54!
