Default Card on pg. 83 of catalog

I'm trying to figure out how the card of page 83 of the catalog was made. It is in the upper right corner of the page. It's done with the Wildflower Meadow embossing folder on Coastal Cabana paper. It's under the white card. It looks like the embossed areas are heat embossed with clear powder, but the background dots are not heat embossed.

I'm also curious about the card of page 81 was done. It also used Wildflower Meadow folder, and I'm thinking it was colored after embossing.

Any guesses? I want to recreate both.

Here's my best guess on page 81. They used the stamp set, Wildflower Meadow and used markers to color it. Then they lined it up with the embossing folder since you can see through it, its easy to line up after the coloring. If they colored after, I think you'd see some smashing of the card because of the weight of the stamp coming down on the embossed flowers.

I'm not sure about the one on page 83.....I'm thinking versamark pen with the clear embossing to get the ink where you want, maybe??

There's my 2 cents

Stampin' Up releases a list of supplies for every catalog item, so I've copied them below. Unfortunately it doesn't include step by step instructions, but perhaps it'll help reaffirm you're on the right track.

Pg. 83:
83a – Just Because card
A Dozen Thoughts Stamp Set
Wildflower Meadow Background Stamp
Coastal Cabana 8-1/2" x 11" Cardstock
Very Vanilla 8-1/2" x 11" Cardstock
Whisper White 8-1/2" x 11" Cardstock
Coaster board
Coastal Cabana Classic Stampin’ Pad
2012–2014 In Color Stampin’ Write Markers
2013–2015 In Color Stampin’ Write Markers
Brights Stampin’ Write Markers
VersaMark Pad
Clear Stampin’ Emboss Powder
Large Pearl Basic Jewels
Big Shot
Wildfower Meadow Textured Impressions Embossing Folder

My guess is the whole thing is heat embossed, but the tiny dots on the coastal cabana aren't showing the shine too much in the picture. Even if that's not exactly right, I still think it's a cool subtle look.

Pg 81
81c – Made with Love card
Kind & Cozy Stamp Set
Wildflower Meadow Stamp
Pear Pizzazz 8-1/2" x 11" Cardstock
Whisper White 8-1/2" x 11" Cardstock
Daffodil Delight Classic Stampin’ Pad
Island Indigo Classic Stampin’ Pad
Night of Navy Classic Stampin’ Pad
Pear Pizzazz Classic Stampin’ Pad
VersaMark Pad
Clear Stampin’ Emboss Powder
Vintage Faceted Designer Buttons
Big Shot
Large Scallop Edgelits Die
Wildflower Meadow Textured Impressions Embossing Folder

Hmm, this one is more of a stumper. I would guess the blue, yellow, and green stamp pads were used for the sentiment, scalloped part, and green border, and markers (although not listed!) for the fine flower detail. Perhaps colored with marker, clear embossed, then run through the embossing folder?
