card organizers

I LOVE the idea of the ultimate birthday card making system and I already have a bunch of cards and samples ready. What does everyone use to keep cards organized? I love the Hallmark organizers, but I refuse to buy cards anymore. I can find the organizers on Ebay, and I found a few in the current catalog online; just wondered if there were any other inexpensive ideas out there?

I have used several systems over the years. I have made my own just out of a binder and have used the heavy duty plastic report covers. One for each month. I have put a big sticker sheet on each cover with everyone's name and birthday, anniversary etc.

Also have used the organizers that you can get at Staples or any Office Store that are either alphabetical or numerical and just add stickers for each month.

Target sells a card organizing box. It's on the end caps along with the ribbon organizer.
