Given the blue rubber and the style of the box, I'm guessing it's a TAC set. I'll get into my crafting cave later and dig out my old catalogs and see if I can find a name & number for you.

I found it - but not in one of my catalogs
It is indeed a TAC (The Angel Company) set called "Cute As A Bug". From what I can find, it was a hostess set - although most TAC hostess sets became available as regular sets the following year.

Well, I wish I was that lucky to find something like that at the thrift shop. I rarely find any good supplies or tools there. My sister is always looking for me.... I find great handbags. I got a Dooney and Burke bag for $8 bucks..... I really wished I had found that stamp set! lol

Thank you to all! Insure appreciate the help. Once in a while, I still can find good stamping stuff at thrift stores. :-)

While I haven't had any luck at my local thrift stores - if they have stamping stuff, it is way more expensive than what I think should be thrift store prices - it's been a good, good year for me at garage sales. Back in May I was at one with tons of Stampin Up sets and I don't think any of them were over $5 (I picked up 7 sets, some that had been on my wish list and some that I'd never seen before). Then, in June I was at another and found Lovely as A Tree, a bamboo background and a retired floral that I can't remember the name of for $5 each. Now I just need to find the time to play with them

I bought 25 CD cases of unmounted stamps for $1.00 a piece. That was the one and only time, I have found good deals on scrap booking stuff at a thrift store.
