Default Cameo settings for SU cardstock

Can someone please share the setting on the Cameo that work for Stampin UP cardstock? How about Papertrey Ink's cardstock? Thanks for the help. I just received my Cameo yesterday and am searching for answers for blade depth, speed, thickness, etc.

grrrrr.....just got my Cameo today and am trying to cut out some words and numbers using SU Basick Black CS. Have speed on 3 and blade on 5 and it is shredding the CS and making a mess. Pulled a letter right off the mat!

That was my experience. After calling Silhouette for help I have cut many many designs with no problem. I usually have my blade at 3 and speed at 1 for detailed cuts and 2 for more simple cuts. Hope this helps
