Bubble wrap card?

I saw a card for bubble wrap appreciation day but I cannot remember which magazine I saw it in. (There are tons all over my house) Does anyone know what I am talking about and which mag it was in?

If I remember correctly...and that's doubtful most times...it was PaperCrafts.

I saw it too...I pretty much only get the PaperCrafts magazine and then go buy the Stamp It from them so it would have to be one of those or the SU magazines. I have been looking thru my stack and I see the card in my head but cant find it in the magazines! Not much help but it is going to drive me crazy till I find it!!
