Bowling Party Favor Bags...HHEELLPP!!!!!!!
My daughter is having her 4th birthday next month and we will be having 8 girls at a bowling party. I hand-stamped her invites with the SU Have A Ball set and they are so cute. Now I need a cute favor bag idea. I thought about a white lunch-craft bag, cinchin it with a red ribbon to pull it together and hope to get the shape of a bowling pin. Any other great ideas for the bag or favors for the inside?

If you can get the magazineParty Creations by Paper Craft they have a cute bowling idea. They took a paddle ball, painted it white withh 2 red stripes on the handle and made it look like a bowling pin. It is so cute! Hope that helps a little.
Patty
This is what we did for my daughters b-day at a bowling alley.
There were 12 - 5 yr girls.
Party favor: small acrylic picture frame that stands by itself. You can find these at a $1 store and sometimes at Walgreens/RiteAid 2 for $1. You can stamp the guest's name on the frame using StaZon. (Or stamp anything else as decoration.)
Another party favor: pencil boxes filled with stuff (but that doesn't do you any good as far as stamping). Also, I've used the white lunch bags and wheeled on them. I like the mini bags of popcorn available now. I like to wrap them in CS that I have stamped. Have you seen the cute Del Monte fruit cup can in Carole's gallery?!? It's adorable and very clever. Lollipop covers are also very nice.
As an activity, in between bowling turns, the girls had 2 options.
A) They could sit at the table and create their own Art masterpieces. I cut a ton of paper the size of the frame. When they finished a "work of art", they put it in their frame. Each table had minimal supplies: paper and a small cup with crayons to share.
B) They could sit on the first step and watch the other girls bowl their turns at their lane (get the idea, sit or sit)
Another activity we did: Each girl decorated her own cupcake (no cutting a cake mess). I iced them and home and brought to teh alley squeeze gel that comes on small tubes and mini m&ms. No sprinkles, could be too messy to clean up off the floor, etc.
I took tons of pictures.
Unwrapping present time: When the b'day girl was unwrapping a present form a particualr guest, that guest got to sit next to the b'day girl. So, with every present someone different got to sit next to her. I also took a picture of each child with the b'day girl. I sent a copy of that photo (the size of the frame) with the stamped thank you card.
If you have any questions, don't hesitate to pm me.
To find the fruit cup project, do a search in the GALLERY for fruit cup. You'll get lots of pics.
You can also search in the FORUMS for "plumbing". It'll get you to an interesting thread about this very topic. Didn't make sense to me for about 10 posts...

Thanks for the great ideas. I have decided to also add black balloons to the party and tie one to each child's chair so they may take it home with their favor bag. I am going to stamp 3 circles with my SU White craft pad on each balloon to make them look like bowling balls. I will also be doing the same to small black paper plates for the cake, should I be concerned about the ink on an item people will eat from? I am however, still a little stumped for a great favor bag idea. I tried the white lunch/craft bag and cinched it with ribbon, hoping to get a bowling pin shape.....it kinda looks like that....if you squint real hard and tilt your head to the left. hahahaha. Help, any ideas?
