FYI... the "Fairy BRAK" link is not working in the next thread (under the A-K BRAK member names). I clicked on it because I could not find my Birthday Wish RAK Fairy on the regular list, and it comes up as a dead link.
I am not sure what link you mean, but I will try to find it. Thanks!

We would love some new members as we have lost a few in the past few weeks.
Do you have some extra birthday cards you might want to send out each month? If so--send me a PM or post here and we will get you all set. If you have any questions--please feel free to ask away!
I applied for membership in RAK back in November 2012 (as a prereq to applying to BRAK) and noone on SCS ever got back to me re: my RAK membership application - accepted or denied :( So I'm kinda in a waiting pattern I guess...

I am sorry about that. I will forward your message onto Amy and Kerry--they are the two ladies that do the approvals. I will let you know what I find out.

Hello SCS Friends--we are in the process of doing our 2013 Spring Cleaning Checks of the BRAK Volunteers to see if everyone is sending their cards, if they want to change the number or if they have comments or questions. As a part of this annual check, we do have some volunteers who decide to drop out. Because of these volunteeres leaving, I am looking for some new SCS'ers to join us.
So--please consider joining the BRAK volunteers. The first post in this thread has additional information on what happens and what is expected from you. If you have any questions--please feel free to PM me. If you want to join us--please PM me and we will get you all set up!

Would anyone like to join us for 2014? You would be added for the February assignments--which come out around January 20th. We are currently assigning the January birthdays.
Hi. I'm a new member and would love to join the Birthday RAK! I've applied to the RAK forum and I'm waiting for approval. I'm a new stamper though, so I don't have a lot of stamps or supplies, could I still join? I guess I need more info on this. I don't want to sign up and have to make a card for someone who enjoys birds, but I have no bird cards, for example. lol Thanks!
Wonderful! When you get approved for the RAK forum, please send me a PM and we will get you additional information to be a BRAK member.
You do not need lots of supplies and stamps to be a part--and, you do not need to make any specific types of cards--just make a birthday card and send it off.
I will send you a PM that has additional information on being a BRAK Volunteer--feel free to send me a PM if you have any other questions.

I would like a little more info. How many cards do we have to send a month. How do know who to send them to, etc?? Should I just go back and read the first post? ;)

Hello Kelly--we'd love to have you back. I will send your name to Faith--she is yabbadodo here on SCS and is the BRAK new member mentor. She will send you a PM to get additional information to get you all signed up. You will then be added for the June birthday assignments as we are currently working on the May ones.
