Default bagging items sold at craft fair

I'm hoping that those of you experienced at selling at craft fairs can answer this question. How do you bag the items that customers buy from you? I thought that brown paper bags with a ribbon tied around the handles would be quick and easy to do. Maybe something stamped in the middle. The problem is finding them inexpensively and large enough to handle a few items. Thanks in advance everyone.

I use stamped paper lunch sacks for small items, and SU! logo sacks for cards and larger items. You can get large boxes of t-shirt bags pretty cheaply from Costco or Sam's.

I don't sell things, but I do appreciate if I make a purchase at a craft fair that my item(s) are put in a bag that has some personal touch on it. I just think it's neat and an extra touch. I'm more apt to remember the vendor at the fair next year.

"Recycled" bags could be dirty or have a hole in them. Good for other things though.

I just use inexpensive, clear, gallon size (non-zip) storage bags from the grocery store, to which I attach a computer printed label with my name and phone info on. That way, someone walking around a craft show might see my product in a customer's bag and come find me!

I went to Sam's Club and bought a box of T-Shirt bags (the white plastic ones you get at any store). There's like 1000 bags, but if you do more than one craft fair, you'll eventually use them up... it's a one-time investment. People really appreciate the bags, too - and when they're brand new bags, it gives a more professional look, like you really made an effort.

I got some white lunch bags and wheeled across the middle. I think they turned out cute. Then I can put my card and coupon in the bag fold the top over and seal with a sticker. Very cheap!

I would only do the "recycled" bag thing at a flea market -- at craft shows, it's worth the extra spit and polish for a brand-new bag, and they really are very cheap when bought in bulk. Makes your product look nicer in the customer's eyes, too, if you're not putting their beautifully handcrafted purchase in a crumpled plastic bag from Kroger or Wal-Mart. ;)

I use cheap white lunch bags that I stamp. I also use (purchased) plain white plastic bags - from Costco.
I have also used my SU bags - I like having the logo on them.

I don't like to use recycled grocery bags as they have their logo on them and I don't like the look. I like a more professional look.

At shows my main objective is to get customers or people interested in stamping and scrapping!

I have NO idea how much the t-shirt bags cost, so maybe these would be too expensive. But, the dollar store usually has 2 packs of plain gift bags and they typically have the standard size as well as large ones. These would be really cute with a large stamp stamped on the front. Then, they could even reuse the bag. I suppose you could work the cost of the bag into your product totall too. I don't know. Just an idea. It very well may cost too much for what you're looking for.
