I called the local Archiver's today to ask about the coupon. She said it would come in the mail, however not everyone gets the same flyer every month. I asked if it was based on amount of purchases, she said no. She thinks they just rotate who gets which coupon. She wasn't sure how they decided who gets which coupon. I hadn't received a mailer in a while, only e-mails. I think I remember something a little while back that they would be discontinuing the snail mail to save the environment and postage. In any case - They shouldn't advertise a coupon if they're not sending it to everyone.
