Anyone ever order from Impress Rubber Stamps?

Its been 10 days now and still no site of my order!

Yes, I have. I think I've ordered twice, but I can't remember how long it took to get my orders. I do know that I received everything in perfect shape, though. I don't believe that it took excessively long to get my items. You might want to contact them.

I would call them. I have ordered from them NUMEROUS times and ususally have my order in 3-5 days. (I'm in AZ)

Perhaps orders are taking a bit longer due to their amazing 20% off online sale? (I missed the boat, this time. :( ) I think the email said to expect unusual delays because of the sale. And I would email them, too. They seem to care about customer service. Let us know how you make out!

Dang...wish I would've known about the sale!!! I'm always a day late and a dollar short!! Glad to see that they are a good company....I don't feel as bad now.....

I ordered punches from them, and after a week, I emailed them. It was only a few days after that, and I had my order.....I LOVE their site and products!

I love Impress. It's one of my favorite stores. I've always gotten the shipments within a week, but I live in Texas in a big city. Maybe it takes longer to get to Georgia?

Mail came and still not here and no one ever answered my email from yesterday....I'm in Atlanta...11 days and counting...........

They have always done a great job for me. I even ordered during the Christmas rush and got it very timely.

That's too bad it took so long without an explanation. I've ordered from them a few times and had no trouble. It will be worth the wait. I just got a package from them and the stuff was really nice.

Maybe the delay had something to do with their 20% off sale they were running.

I order from them all the time, have to wait a little longer (being in Canada) but their service has been wonderful! I'd phone them.
