HI Michelle! I swear, whenever I see a new color come up I think of you on release nights all excited about it!!!! At least there are inks and ribbons tonight, and I KNOW you can work those!
No WAY! Too funny. I sure do love the new colors!! I don't have alot of extra spending money for stamps. But, I do splurge on my cardstock, ribbon and buttons!!

Anyone else have the feeling that if the forum is down right now that ordering will also crash at midnight since they are the same site now??
I can't get to the site, period. And after an order I placed yesterday (after the site switched over) was canceled with no explanation, I'm VERY leery of placing an order with PTI.

Nope, I placed the order after the site switched over. The order number was 20, which I thought was kinda funny. I sent a note to customer service, and I'm sure I won't hear anything until next Wednesday (three business days).
Hm. My only other thought: I do believe a handful of items (well, at least rustic wood buttons) were added in error and a few were added incorrectly. Perhaps you ordered something that was loaded wrong. :( No consolation, I know, but now I feel like I am trying to solve a mystery...

All I ordered was Beautiful Blooms II, since I didn't have that yet. I had placed other items in the cart and removed them because that set was one I really wanted to get.

I agree this is odd. One thing I do know is that customer service will straighten it out but I also can see being really frustrated by what happened!

That is too cool! I remember watching those when I was younger! I thought her boyfriend was cute! I need to revisit those shows from an older mind perspective! Do they sell the box set?
Betty, you could have the extra 110 Lily sets be a prize during your Color Challenge! I would join with Mothermark and make 42,000 cards just to shut everyone else out. My GOOODNESSSS I am punchy tonight. And now my fingers are slippery from the popcorn...hee I just typed my gingers are punchy, ha!
I'm more than a little peeved right now with PTI...I placed an order yesterday. Order status said pending all day -- no problem, I didn't expect to have it ship the same day.
What I certainly did NOT expect was an e-mail a few minutes ago from PTI saying the status of my order had changed. To CANCELED. With NO explanation. And now, of course, I can't get on the site to find out what the heck is going on!
After I saw the e-mail, I went to check my online statement. Sure enough, it says "processing." I will be beyond mad if that money is taken out of my account. GRR! Who knows when things will be somewhat normal at PTI to answer customer service problems?
They do not charge until they ship it out, so even though they've sent an inquiry to your account, the charge wont pass until it is shipped.
I believe it was cancelled because they moved your order from the Yahoo site to the new tracking system which are not the same. So it "cancelled" on Yahoo, but rekeyed into the new system, which is down right now and you cant check.
Hope that helps. I think when you are albe to log onto the new site, you will see your order under Tracking.

I'm flying in on Thursday afternoon, my bff lives in Indiana and will come pick me up on Sunday and we will stay a day or two there and drive back!! So excited!!! It's going to be a GREAT weekend!!

Yep, that is why I am thinking about the impression plates! I'm not going to get any cardstock either, that stuff gets heavy and I don't want it mailed to me!! Heehee!
Maybe this is a blessing in disguise. I was on the site earlier and filled and emptied my card, and changed it, and then changed it some more. What I really want the Lily set and the chartreuse ink and paper...so maybe waiting isn't such a bad thing! Poor Background Basics: Hearts...I love that set but keep kicking it out to make room for new stuff. I am a fickle friend!

I keep hoping that we'll see something from Nichole on her blog! I so want the Lily of the Valley set, the envelope liner die, the new die that Lisa designed (can't think of the name right now) and possibly the Up Up and Away set and matching dies. Mish's post on the Lily of the Valley pushed me over the edge with wanting that set.

It won't take long to reach $100 with impression plates and some other easliy packed things. Last year I bought mostly cardstock, but I had a car to bring all my loot home

Can't get on either. Very disappointing as for once I can take part in a release because it's already Saturday here. Oh well, guess I've saved myself some serious $$$.

I actually want to order a few things. I want the cloud die for sure and the sunshine impression plate
I want the same things along with some of the new green felt & buttons, and the Up Up & Away set. I thought I would get by this month without any stamps but I do love what I've seen of this set.
