But I don't like green so much, GO BLUE, I look better in that color! That statement always reminds me of Mallory from Family Ties with Michael J Fox. Hey, Mallory's boyfriend on the show was from Michigan too!
Hello from Springport, south of Lansing. I've been stamping for about a year and a half. Love it and love the fact that so many others do too. It's great stress relief!!

Hello from Shelby, Michigan (30 miles North of Muskegon). I started stamping by going with a friend to a SU party and didn't know what to expect. We wern't sure if one was to purchase these "stamps" to collect or use. Wellllllllll, 8 years later I am still doing both.
I have met some great friends and also stamp with old friends. Once a month we get together to create.

Well, Hi to all from Michigan's beautiful (and today, cold) Upper Peninsula. I am on the shores of Gitche Gumee (Lake Superior). I haven't seen any other Yoopers post here. I know there must be some of you out there!!! I have been stamping about 5 years or so and I just love it -- such a great outlet. As we are a rural area, I mostly purchase SU as other brands/stores are not readily available. I LOVE SU and have just decided to sign up as a demo as soon as the new catty comes out -- I'm so excited!!! Nice talking to all of you. -- Sharon
Hi! I've been stamping for about three years now. I live in the community of Allegan, about half-way between Holland and Kalamazoo. I grew up in Saginaw, graduated from Douglas MacArthur High School, and CMU. I returned to teaching after my two children went to school full time and have been a fourth grade teacher for 19 years. I love stamping and am looking forward to summer and doing lots of stamping. My friends and I are currently creating my son's wedding invitations and we're having a great time. There are many of us in Allegan that love to stamp. SCS is a fantastic site!

I'm beyond the worry of being dated, my kids watched those shows with us!!!
Warren isn't far away, well once you get threw that traffic and I hate going beyond Lakeside mall.

I've run into a few other yoopers on here. Debbiedesigns is a dirty dozen gal and an AWESOME stamper! There a couple other ones too but I don't feel right posting thier names w/o thier consent. But we are represented here, beleive it or not! LOL
Good Luck with your SU! demo-ship, I have almost a year in, and it's been fun, but hard to find customers in these parts w/o alot of advertising and effort and as I have a full time job I'm more in it for a "hobby".
Hello to all of you "trolls" down there below the bridge also! My stamping sister (kjo13) is in Battle Creek and my fiance's daughter and son live in Milford so I do get down there from time to time. With all the awesome scrapbooking and stamping stores down there I sometimes think its a good thing I live up here in the woods or I'd be BROKE for sure! My SU expenses are bad enough!

Greetings from Jackson, Mi We don't have any stamp stores here so thank goodness for SU. I'm close to becoming a demo. Wish me luck! Has anyone been to Stamp Image Studio in Fowlerville? It's wonderful and Stacey (the owner) is a great resource. SHe is great to ask questions about products and her shop has tons of samples...almost as great as SCS!

I've been there, my daughter lives in Howell so we take a little drive up there when we go doggie sitting. I was amazed at what she has in that store. It doesn't look that big but she has a wonderful variety. You're right on the samples too!

Greetings from Holland, Michigan. I noticed that you are unmounting a lot of your stamps. You might be interested in TAC another home based business. All of their stamps are unmounted and come with EZ mount so you are all set to go. Since there are no wood mounts they might be more economical for you.
Now I love Stampin Up to and I am not trying to cause any trouble! I love this board and would never try to hurt anyones business!

Don't you hate that?? I work outside of Grass Lake and occasionally drive over the the big SB store in Chelsea, but they have less and less stamping stuff each time I go. :( I'll have to stop into the place in Fowlerville next time I'm out that way. Thanks for letting us know about it!
Hello from Allendale! I�m about 20 minutes West of downtown Grand Rapids, 20 minutes East of Holland and pretty close to Grand Haven too!!
LOVE Pages in Time in Jenison and Stamp on It in GR. Wasn�t impressed with The Wooden Block � poor CS and never went back. Love Country Needleworks in Jenison on Chicago Dr. They have Penny Black, Paper Inspirations and many more good stamp brands. And you need to check out The Paper Center now located in Ada. http://www.thepapercenter.com/ They have everything!
Sister lives in Saginaw, so we are always looking for places to go. Or more correctly, I�m always dragging her to stamping stores!
