Thought this would be a fun thread. You are limited to ONLY naming ONE thing. For me it was easy. Been looking for 2 years. Who knows someone might make your Christmas dreams come true. What do you want for Christmas?
All I want for Christmas is Stampin Up Courage & Honor stamp set.
I have a pretty extensive wish list (all crafting supplies), so it's tough to limit this to one..........how about a category? That would be Nestabilities!!

All I want for Christmas is a Big Shot. We are moving just before Christmas so I am even willing to let Santa wait and deliver it a few weeks after Christmas.
A baby! DH and I have been trying to adopt now for almost 5 years. Been with our current agency since April. Being chosen by a Birth Mom (we would like an open adoption) and being able to adopt for Christmas would be so great!

I wish for a new job for my daughter so she and my DGD could move back here to live with her husband/father in their home. They've been living apart for over 2 years now. Driving back on weekends - just too much stress for their marriage.
Yep, you've got it. I have 2 grandsons & 1 granddaughter so in following the DH & DD theory, not sure if it's correct but ..., DGS1, DGS2 & DGD. It's not a hijack when you need to ask a question, or at least I don't think it is. I would think more a hijack when you're in a swap & wanting to discuss another swap.
Hope you have a wonderful Saturday.

Carol & Tanya I will send up prayers for you pain levels to go away or at least diminish to the point they are not in the forefront of all you do. And Tanya, as long as you're on SCS you will always have friends - even if we are virtual ones. - Ooo so 1 wish granted.
Shannon, I will pray that your Christmas wish comes true. Getting prego was never a problem for me but I do have friends who cannot and I, from the outside looking in, can empathize. My DD1 lost a son at just less than a year old and I understand that void. (Don't feel sorry for us we are fine - he is in heaven waiting for us to be with him again & we knew he wouldn't be here forever. He had lots of health problems & it was his time.)
Mary Beth, when you figure out how to get your's organized - please share. DH & I are now empty nesters, sort of. We still have lots of things in our house that belong to the kids. I have a room but can't turn around in it. My goad for 2010 is to declutter my house by the Dec 31 and to get my craft room set up.
Joan B - I have a DS & DD2 who I could wish the same thing. But I think sometimes we just have to ask God to meet them where they are and show them that he is there for them. Then it is up to them and God to make their own happiness. I've seen it work for DS, still waiting for DD2. I also know there are some people who are just destined not to be happy for whatever reason. It seems there is nothing that anyone can do to make them happy for any period of time. So I will send a prayer up for your son just like I do for 2 of my children that God helps them see happiness and joy.
I wish this economy would turn around and everyone who was able to work and wanted a job could find one right where they wanted to be. So maybe I'll just ask God to help our economy as well.
Hugs, prayers & love sent out to all

All I want for Christmas is my two front teeth!!!! jk :p My teeth are just fine....
What I really want for Christmas is a law passed in our government making abortion illegal. Even if I didn't get a single present or card for Christmas, if the lives of our nation's innocent children could be protected, that would be the best Christmas present I could ever get!!!!

Wow, you all took this post way deeper than I did! I just was hoping for some copic markers!
Best wishes to all!
LOL - I noticed that but isn't this the time for miracles big and small..........I thought of going with the craft end of the wishes but I usually buy what I want (if I have the extr*****) so I went with something for my family - we are scraping by one pay check at a time - we have our health ans (so far) a roof over our heads so all is well!
Art is intended to provoke an emotion from a total stranger. If youve succeeded in this, consider yourself an artist. Paper Shanks Blog. Love me or hate me, you are still talking about me
I already bought my present(s)..all our townhouses got new windows this year (I had to pay half, the association paid the other half..but wasn't that my $ anyway?)...so with the new windows I treated myself to new honeycomb shades (Hunter Douglas)..boy are they nice..love them!
My Becky Higgin's Project Life. It probably won't get here until mid January, based on their projections. I know it's just $40, but I'm excited about it!
Really though, December is my LAST payment on the camera I bought myself last Christmas, so after that I can buy all of those little things I want...or just save my money for a change!
OK, so if we're going light stuff, I'd love a I Robot Roomba. I can't get DH to help vacuum and the 2 cats, well really, so a Roomba it is. If I can't have that how about a scor pal. I know this is the season of miracles and seeing DGS1 would take that so I guess I should ask for something someone other than GOD could provide.

I'm going to keep it light and crafty and say a Big Shot. The expense makes it my biggest "wish" and something that probably won't happen. I don't think I would use it frequently enough to justify the cost at this time; but it sure would be nice to have when I DID have time/ideas/energy for crafting cards or scrapbooking!
OMG Donna...GET THE ROOMBA...I have one (for the last 4 years) and I just love it! Make sure to get the Discovery so you can program it to clean when ever you want...
Gift for Xmas...My Best Friend back...She passed away from Breast Cancer May 28, 2009 and life just hasen't been the same since...

So very sorry to hear about your best friend! I lost my dear aunt a year and a half ago, and I lost a piece of me. But she would want me to live
my life to the fullest, buy a couple copics, get a roomba if I can afford it, laugh histerically as it circles the room, love all the joys of this season, and LIVE until the day we can be together again!
Have a wonderful Christmas! Hope Santa brings you a roombah!
