This week I wanted to focus on some colors in a "non-traditional" way. Pull out your baby pinks and/or blues ... and make a NON-baby type of creation with them. You can use pinks or blues ... OR pinks AND blues. It's totally up to you!!

I obviously had fun with the challenge!!!! Although I did checkmark the NSFW box so fair warning.....it's an image that goes along with the recent 50 shades movie! ;) ;) It is pink and blue! LOL
My SCS friend Nancy sent me a bunch of lovely paper- so I used it for my Fleur de lis squares- and added some dry embossing- with some soft aqua blue and pinks. Included an acrylic ink rubbed background with purples and pinks, and a ribbons/brad combo. Here's For Nancy

Went with a sea theme for my 2nd card- using SU's Hello Sailor set, and a printed shell postcard. Added a peachy pink button/twine combo, and some blue and pink baker's twines for embellies. Here's Nautical Scene

I am so glad I checked out the Free For All challenge today before heading to my stamp room. I needed to make a thank you card using a new stamp and this inspired me to totally change the color scheme I intended to use. I was so pleased with how it turned out that I may use this design for upcoming Easter cards. Thanks for the challenge, Wendy, it was fun to play with all of you today!
