I hope I'm not pushing the parameters with this one. Here are some caribbean trees. Don't you just wish you were in the islands? Actually, I'm teasing you. The trees are very un-island like -- just using my new card stock.
Here's mine. The only set I could think of that had a border is my arch nemesis, In Full Bloom. So I decided to save the frustration and use this wheel which hasn't gotten nearly enough use.
Here is my card. The scanner makes the bow squish flat. This was a great challenge. I actually see I have a lot of border stamps if I take the time to look carefully. Thanks. Gallery at Splitcoaststampers
This is my first card for today's challenge...I had to hunt for border stamps and found an old set called Fun Borders which was perfect w/the When I Grow Up set...Jen, thanks for hosting this...
I had to dig out my Christmas stamps to find a border that I wanted, but it's finally finished. Might want your sunglasses.. ..it's a little bright. Gallery at Splitcoaststampers
I'm really enjoying the challenges. Thanks so much for taking the time to come up with all the great ideas.
Peggy
the first and only challenge i've been able to do all week! did sponging and used pencils and blender pens for the sky, but scan washed it out, of course! not the best, but cute, i think! tfl!
I've done a lot of cards that fit this challenge lately. Some of them were gallery index cards, so they no longer have my name on them. Here are some of them: Love Swirls Time for a Tree Spring Things
I'm still finding my way around here. This challenge sounds like something I want to try. My question is: "Where do I upload to?"

p.s. I get putting the letters in the "keyword" box.
Upload to the stamp gallery of the main SU image set. If you're not using SU!, upload it to your own member's gallery. You can then follow the link in my first post that explains how to link it here. But that's optional. As long as you have the keyword, we can find it.
OK, Jen, for you here's one that uses a real border stamp. Some wild horses.
Oh Geez! LOL! Did I twist your arm to stamp again? :o Love your card! I love all your cards with that set. That's going to have to be my next I-RAK wish.
OK...This may be cheating just a little...I don't think I have any border stamps and I'm too lazy to get out (and wash when I'm done) a wheel. So I made a border by repeating the baby food jars several times. Does that count? I'm loving these challenges...they give me just enough inspiration to try something new! Thanks!
Man, this is late for me! I'm usually one of the first in the a.m., but it's been one busy day. This truly was a challenge, Jen - I had to go searching through my sets to find one. Thanks for pushing us!
I guess there's still some confusion as to what is a border stamp. They are generally long and narrow and made to extend across a page or card by stamping one or more times. (This is why standard sized wheels are a good replacement.) Here are some examples from the new catty:
p. 35 Yule Bits & Borders
p. 36 Crazy for Christmas
p. 90 Frolicking Frogs (the 3 swimming frogs)
p. 96 A New Little Someone ( baby food jars)
p. 104 Lively Little Ones ( the 4 kids heads)
p. 112 Friends are Like Flowers (the longer strip of flowers)
p. 122 In Full Bloom ( the long strip of flowers)
p. 130 Flower Filled ( the vine)
p. 142 Bareback (the 3 horses)
p. 143 Noble Deer (the trees could be a border, see card sample)
p. 144 The Cta's Meow ( the 3 cats)
p. 161 Itty Bitty Borders

I really didn't think that I had any sort of border stamps when I read this challenge this morning, but completely forgot that I have Itty Bitty Borders, that I haven't used in eons! So here's my card!
Here's what I came up with for this challenge - my first submission for a challenge, btw. Gallery at Splitcoaststampers
I just hope I'm doing this right!

Just got around to stamp for this challenge, played domestic godess today, cleaned and even made banana bread! Here's my card, used the tulips from Pocket Full of Posies for my border image. TFL!
Pending at 10:30 eastern Pink Posies
Here's mine. I think maybe this card needs something but I'm not sure. What do you think? Is it too plain? Birthday Border
Thanks for looking.
