Here's my attempt at it. Not totally thrilled with the outcome. White based cards are so hard for me. I really started wanting to have a dry embossed rectangle to stamp on (and leave everything else white) but my embossed area only raised the lines around the rectangle and not the rectangle itself. Any ideas on how to get a shape embossed?

Anyways, here's my creation (pending as of 6:15 a.m.)

I love this challenge. Not really a challenge for me right now. It seems that about 90% of my cards have a white base. LOVE the white base!

What??? A white based card??? This is a limitation! I couldn't believe that it has been ages since I've done a card without a colored base...or any colored CS...you must be joking!
I do love how it came out though. So glad I ordered that Wintergreen paper before it retired!

Super Soft Peaceful Wishes

You can't see it clearly but only the middle section of the banner is lifted up on dimensionals. This makes it stand out in a kind of "rounded" way from the card.
