ouch! so why didn't it occur to me that using vintage violet and black would end up looking like a big bruise?! It's a fun challenge Jen, I just need to do it over! TFL!
Ok, since I messed up on my first attempt, I tried again, though I like the first one better..LOL. This one feels 'unfinished' to me I nearly put red ribbon on it.. doh!
Here is my card. It was so much fun!! I got to play with all my new stuff, make an overlay card (I've been dying to try one), and create my own faux scallop punch!!
First of all, I just have to say that the gallery for this challenge is extremely impressive! Secondly, as much as I'd like to do another card, I cannot because you have all made me want to run out and get one of those cutter bug thingies! Your embossing is too cool!

I started out with with an idea for the card but it didn't quite come out like I envisioned it. It's ok. This is my first petal flower and 2nd card using my net bug. I love black and white with 1 color so this was a challenge I had to make sure I did. Thanks Jen!

Julieloveslucy pointed out that I did the challenge backwards. Sorry. I guess I did it wrong. I made my coloring in a color and everything else black and white. Oops. How embarrassing! LOL. Oh well, just pull me out of the contest- like I could even compete with these other rockstar stampers anyway! LOL!

Here is my card for the challenge today. I used black and white ink with black and Sahara Sand paper. I enjoyed this challenge and look forward to the next 100!

This is my first attempt at one of these challenges. I don't know if it will work or not so we will see. Someone seen this in my gallery and said I should put it in this challenge, so I thought I would give it a try.
