I KNOW we all love to make cards ... you wouldnt even be READING this if you didnt!!! And oft-times we make cards just because a challenge dictates, or because we want it for our arsenal of just in case
Today, I would like you to make a card with a specific purpose in mind. In fact, I would like you to make a card that directly reflects something about the person for whom you are making it. A favorite color a hobby something they collect just make sure that your card reflects the character of the person who is going to receive it!!
My sample is for my brother-in-law, Richard. Not only does he LOVE bowties, but he also rides his UNICYCLE to his law office every single day!! Rain/shine/or snow!! Heres an article about him, see??? (He is someone I would DEFINITELY say has a LOT of character!!)
Uploading: Remember the keyword is without spaces. Use a comma between keywords with a space after each comma.
If you are new to the challenges, please feel free to do this one or ANY of the challenges at any time. There is no time limit. They are not races to see who can do one first, nor are they contests of any sort. All the challenges are simply to provide inspiration and to get us stamping!

Great challenge! I like your card and story. If I have time to participate in the challenge later today, it'll be great to get one or more cards for upcoming birthdays completed. Let's see ... one person loves cats, another has fresh flowers in her house year round, another has a collection of wizard stuff, another loves rock music ... lots to work with there!
Wendy, this is such a great challenge, encouraging us to be really thoughtful about who the card's going to! Thank you! Here's my card for Dear Neighbors
Great challenge Wendy! It was an easy one for me because I love creating cards with the recipient's character in mind -- that's what cardmaking is all about -- creating something special for someone special. Here's my Fly Fishing Heritage card.

I have a friend who's celebrating her birthday soon, and her favorite color is pink, so this card will be going to her. Thanks for the great challenge!

Here is a card I made for a friend who's Uncle will turn 91 on Christmas Day. He asked to make a card for him, I tried to make the birthday part vintage due to the age milestone.
You really have to go to my blog to get all the details and see all the pictures PA130013-Copy.jpg
