Hello friends! The weekend is almost here, yay! I hope you have some fun plans this weekend! This week we are going to add texture to our projects. Here is a small list of ways to add texture: pastes, glazes, glosses, sequins, embossing folders, heat embossing, feathers, buttons, fabric, stickles, glass bead medium... This is the "Free 4 All" Challenge so feel FREE to add texture any way you wish!

Here's mine. The background is a gel print RAK I received from KelliJo some time back and never used until now. Colored using Castle Art Pencils. Welcome Little Dino
I've used some white Stampin up! embossing paste with a plastic butter knife and the polka dot mask to give the paste the ridges for some extra texture.
Angie- thank you for the great challenge! We just moved back to the West Coast, and so I had to improvise a bit as we're waiting for our belongings to be delivered! For my card I went with a sea theme- with a polar bear, his bird friend, and some tropical fish- a plastic decal from a soap dispenser. Added some texture with crinkled plastic wrap and my orange peel behind my sentiment. Got to use 2 "new to me" stamps! Here's Sea friends

Embossed background, Jute Ribbon, and photo corners all give it a bit of texture. I can't believe I might actually be posting on a challenge within the week it was posted! That alone is a challenge for me. Thanks for Looking!
Mine uses two embossing folders...one to texture the front of the head panel (Cuttlebug Happy Birthday EF) and the other to texture the mouse head with a fur-like texture (SU: Subtle Dynamics EF), plus a ribbon band and bow.
Thanks for the Challenge. My card uses an embossing folder which I coloured with Tombow pens, sprayed with water then popped it through my Big Shot. Hope you like it
