March is National Women's month...and today is National Barbie Day.
Kim said: I remember friends having Barbies, and the famous car and town house stuff. And all those accessories...tiny shoes everywhere! Plus lots of PINK.
So...let's do a barbie inspired challenge...bright colors, images of girls & women.
Thanks for the great challenge, Kim!
Here are our inspirational examples.
We are looking forward to what you create.

Fun challenge I never was very interested by Barbies but my sister was and she had loads of them, my daughter had several too, here is what I've done for the challenge
Went elegant and retro for my card- featuring Barbie! Kept my embellishments simple- a die cut heart, black die cut border, and ribbons. Can't for the life of me identify the stamp set for my sentiment- LMK if you know!! Here's Classic Barbie HB

Oooo! FUN! Whenever I thought of Barbie as a kid, I thought of that awesome bold, bright pink, with some equally eye-catching turquoise alongside it (I think perhaps one of my Barbies had an outfit in this color scheme?).
Thanks for the fun challenge and inspiration! HAPPY FRIDAY!

I am a huge Barbie collector!! Making up for not getting the ones I wanted when I was a kid I just saw that they released a line of famous women this week- very cool.
My card celebrating is Girls and Barbie "PINK!" My little girl is dressed in a pretty bubblegum pink sundress with rose accents on her bandanna dots, her embroidered heart, and her underskirt lace! Here is my card: Birthday Wishes for a DIL Who Brings Sunshine!
