Kia with you this week to start the Favorite's Thread. I hope you will join us and share your list of favorites to brighten someone's day.
About this thread: The current week's FAVORITES thread is a way to give recognition to some of the standout creations shared in our SCS Gallery. This is the place to link all the fabulous favorites you discovered in the SCS Gallery last week, Sunday, September 3rd through Saturday, September 9th. Everyone is welcome to join in -- check my next post for directions.
Got a CAS card favorite? Look for the CAS (Clean and Simple) Favorites for Week thread in the Favorites Forum.
Our dedicated team members are on the job delivering notifications and smiles: Lisa (Shoe Girl), Kia (kiagc), Janine (Jay_Bee), Brenda (tessaduck) and Amy (Kalla Walla).
You don't have to wait until you have a card in the Favorites threads. The more participation we have, the more fun and interesting this thread will be. You also DO NOT have to wait for a notice to post a thank you.
Please help the Favorites Teams by making sure:
That the LINKS in your Favorites List work correctly. WE ARE UNABLE TO NOTIFY LINKS THAT DO NOT WORK.
IMPORTANT NOTE: MS Word and other office software have format programming that conflicts with SCS programming. Either copy and paste the code directly into the SCS site orprepare your post in Wordpad, TextEdit or Notepad then copy and paste into SCS.
The card maker’sSCS NAME is shown, it really helps if their name is in color.
It really, really, helps if you have a BLANK LINE between each entry.
And please DO NOT use the “Quote” button to the side of the post when you post a thank you!! Replying with the “Quote” button causes the original message to be repeated. That can confuse the team, and we may notify people twice.
Did you find your way to this thread because someone listed one of YOUR creations as a favorite? In addition to saying thank you, we encourage you to pay that smile you're probably wearing right now forward by sharing a few of the cards/projects YOU listed in your favorites for this week.
Been so hot here this week creating and time on the laptop has been limited. 30+ C with no aircon for days with the hottest day of 2023 has been crazy.
Thank you so kindly Sabrina for mentioning my card as your favorite this week and so happy you enjoyed it! Thank you Kia for letting me know! Best wishes for a great week all!

Janine (Jay_Bee), thank you so much for listing my card, Christmas Sled with Holly, among your favorites. I really needed that today as hubby is back in hospital. This really lifts my spirits. Sorry about your hot weather. Kia, thank you for delivering the good news.

BIG THANKS to Kia and Janine for including my purple floral card in your favs this week. I am so appreciative. And double thanks (or is it triple thanks) for Kia for the notices. We would all be lost without you gals keeping us informed. Thanks to you and all who help with this.

Thanks, Gayle for mentioning my card as one of your favorites. I was trying out Lydia's texturing done with masking tape from one of her technique videos. Glad you liked it. I appreciate Lydia teaching us how to do these things. I learn so much here on SCS.

@Jay_Bee@kiagc thank you for choosing and highlighting my cards this week. I've been on a month long crazy train with not a lot of time to post but creating in the background. Life is full of zig zags. LOL. Again, thank you!!

Thank you Liz for choosing my journal page as a favourite. It’s been a while since I’ve been on one of these threads. It is so encouraging to know that someone likes a journal page other than a card. Thank you heaps.
Thank you Kia for the advice.
Happy day everyone.
