Lately I just haven't had the time to devote to SCS , oh I manage a few minutes here and there, thankfully, there is this thread that lets us see the best of the best each week. Choosing between creating and uploading, I've chosen creating. The one card I did manage to upload, was chosen by several ladies to be in the Favorites thread.

Before I turn into a pumpkin (I have ten minutes to go) I'd like to say thank you to Peggy (jasonw1) for listing my HYCCT Challenge card, Heart Song, as one of her favorites this week. Thank you so much Peggy, you're a top notch card maker, and a good friend. I'm so glad to hear things are looking up in the Dollar household.

Susie - Thanks for mentioning my Autumn Harvest card among your favs last week! I am glad you liked it. As always, it's fun to work with the Pure Innocence girls and paper piece some thing(s.) Thx to Stacy for letting me know.
This has been a busy week and it wasn't until today that I got any card making accomplished. We have company for the next week - our son, DIL, and Teddy are staying with us through next weekend. That means Nana doesn't have to drive into the city this week - yeah!
I was changing the sheets on beds when our sweet Bubbie came running in to see me. The conversation went like this.
Teddy: "Someone dot bitted by a mis te toe, Nana."
Nana: "Hmm, did you get bit by a mosquito, Teddy?"
Teddy: Big smile - yeah! And off he ran with his little (monk-knee) in hand.
Oh how I love that child!!
I digress. Here are my favorites from the lovely galleries this week.
I am still smiling from reading Susie's (PPS) conversation with Teddy....since I have missed getting to be a grandma I am sure touched by her stories about Teddy!
AND I am horribly late getting my Thank You's in tonight! What a joyful experience it is to have such talented people put my cards in this thread. (Actually "card" this week)

Things are slowly getting back to normal at the Dollar household! Ed is finally off his pain meds and other than low energy he is doing great!

Hello!!! Sorry, I have been a little tardy today. Son unexpectedly home sick but after about 15 hours of sleep he felt good enough to rest o the couch and we ummmmm watched our favorite Netflix show....3 episodes! I was distracted by a few other things and just now remembered, I hadn't checked here all day!!!
