What a wonderful Sunday this is turning out to be! The weather is total crap here but the lovely people on SCS makes everything bearable! Thank you Mary (jandjccc), Linda (Holstein), Robin (stamperrobin) and Marie (momof5sons) for including my cards among your list of favourites this week. I truly appreciate the honour! Also thank you to Mary and her crew for the endless work you do notifying everyone so promptly! It is much appreciated.

If ever there was a week for my needing kindness, it is this one. I've had a tough week with hormones and work. I love that stamping, and our network, gives us a place to give and share and express. Thanks SCS, for the kindness and community you foster.

Happy Sunday! Here are some of the great cards that made their way into my favorites this past week:
Tidings by Vervegirl I love how this card combines a vintage, yet somewhat CAS, look to it. Perfect balance.
Sending Christmas Cheer by nmnastali The beautiful coloring on this card caught my eye first. The adorable scene kept my attention.
Mistletoe Birdbrains by Kathleen Curry This birdbrain couple is just too cute and Kathleen's layout and color scheme ensured the happy couple got all the attention they deserve.
Friendship Warms the Heart by Kharmagirl This card captured all my childhood memories of going out to play in the snow on a sunny winter day. Everything about it exudes fun!
Rockin Birthday!! by joan ervin Anything even approaching grunge is not really my thing, but Joan's card is a definite exception. Her clean, crisp layout and color choices really worked together to make a card I would readily give to any rock loving guy.
Blue Christmas I LOVE the soft blue and how the addition of just the single curved element -- the snowdrift -- softens the look of this card.
Kathleen thanks once again for favoring one of my cards. This makes me happy happy happy!....and Curt too! hehe :0)

I haven't spent much time in the gallery this week, but I saw the scene cards that laughingstamper posted last night, and was struck by their beauty. She had a great explanation on her blog. These are cards I appreciate, even though they aren't in my wheel house.
