Hello to all! Kia here to get this week's favourites started. I hope you can join us this week to share your faves from the week.
About this thread: The current week's FAVORITES thread is a way to give recognition to some of the standout creations shared in our SCS Gallery. This is the place to link all the fabulous favorites you discovered in the SCS Gallery last week, Sunday, November 5th through to and including Saturday November 11th. Everyone is welcome to join in -- check my next post for directions.
Got a CAS card favorite? Look for the CAS (Clean and Simple) Favorites for Week thread in the Favorites Forum.
Our dedicated team members are on the job delivering notifications and smiles: Lisa (Shoe Girl), Kia (kiagc), Janine (Jay_Bee), Brenda (tessaduck) and Amy (Kalla Walla).
You don't have to wait until you have a card in the Favorites threads. The more participation we have, the more fun and interesting this thread will be. You also DO NOT have to wait for a notice to post a thank you.
Please help the Favorites Teams by making sure:
That the LINKS in your Favorites List work correctly. WE ARE UNABLE TO NOTIFY LINKS THAT DO NOT WORK.
IMPORTANT NOTE: MS Word and other office software have format programming that conflicts with SCS programming. Either copy and paste the code directly into the SCS site orprepare your post in Wordpad, TextEdit or Notepad then copy and paste into SCS.
The card maker’sSCS NAME is shown, it really helps if their name is in color.
It really, really, helps if you have a BLANK LINE between each entry.
And please DO NOT use the “Quote” button to the side of the post when you post a thank you!! Replying with the “Quote” button causes the original message to be repeated. That can confuse the team, and we may notify people twice.
Did you find your way to this thread because someone listed one of YOUR creations as a favorite? In addition to saying thank you, we encourage you to pay that smile you're probably wearing right now forward by sharing a few of the cards/projects YOU listed in your favorites for this week.
Having a rotten reaction to my Covid jab at the end of October so been feeling drowsy and irritable most of the week. Arm is still very tender, quite warm and a bit itchy but did get some time this morning to do a bit more gallery browsing.
Linda and Lisa! Thank you gals so much for taking a peek at my cards and giving them the love and mention here! So sweet of you both and you’ve added an extra ray of sunshine to my day! Kia, thank you for doing the job of spreading the happy news to all of us here.
