Sorry so late getting here, but had a class today and a visit from the DS, DIL, and DGD, that used all my time up - after an extremely busy week. But boy, was I surprised to find a TON of emails from the favorites thread this week!
I would like to thank Angie - ohmypaper - for favoriting my "you're HOW old?" card - you certainly made my day!
I would like to thank Peggy - jasonw1 - for mentioning THREE of my cards in her favorites - You're HOW old?, Flight of the Butterfly, and Harry's Heaven - you sure know how to make a girl's face break into a huge smile - you are too kind!
And I was overjoyed to find that not only Peggy, but also sue28, muscrat, stamperrobin, and jodylb thought that Harry's Heaven was worthy of their list of favorites. I am so blessed by all the love and support shown here, week after week, and I am very grateful to ALL of you!
And to Priscilla, you sure had your work cut out for you, bringing me so much wonderful happy mail - thanks from the bottom of my heart!!
I will come back tomorrow with some of my personal favorites, though I did not have a lot of time in the galleries this week. Good night all!

I'm starting my Monday morning with a BIG thank you to Susie for mentioning one of my cards as a favourite of the week. Susie hun, you'r a sweetheart.
You where right, I had so much fun making this card.
Actually I always have fun making my cards and meanwhile crafting thinking of the reaction and smiles on the recipients face when they receive the card.
Today I'm going to spent some time in the gallery and look at some amazing crafts that I might have missed.

I was absolutely thrilled to know that Peggy liked my card, she has been so very kind and supportive to me and I appreciate her so much. I see the beautiful comments she writes on others' cards, she takes the time and effort to stop and write such helpful and insightful comments--what a big heart she has!!! I was so sorry to hear that she lost her long-time cat--so very tough to lose someone who has been a part of your family for years and years. Please know I care and I'm thinking about you.

Thank you to Catluvr2 and the rest of the team who inform for Favorites of the week--I know it's a huge job, and I'm so grateful to all of you.
This was the first card I've been able to make in months and months, so it was a thrill to upload it on Friday, and even more exciting to make Favorites of the Week!!!
I do have just a few of my own favorites, normally I have a ton. These cards just blew me away. As always, I'm thrilled with what I learn when I see the fantastic cards created by such amazing artists here on SCS. So here goes--
I'm sorry I didn't get a chance to look at all that many cards this week. It's the first week back--able to make a card (yay) and to do more looking at the gallery. I have missed being here, SCS is such a wonderful place--a great community, and I hope to spend a whole lot more time here.
