Welcome to the best CAS of 2022 thread. Here's where you can show us your absolute favourites from the past year. Please make sure they are "clean and simple" cards. Sadly the thread for the regular favourites is no longer running.
It's really hard to pare mine down to a manageable list as there have been so many wonderful CAS cards this past year. I'm going to get the thread going with these few but I'll be back with the rest of my list.
This Annual thread is open to everyone and is a great way to recognize what you consider the "best of the best" from SCS's many talented CAS artists.
There are really only two "rules" here on the thread:
The Gallery posts you link to should be in the CAS style...
--------------------------------
And what does it mean to be Clean and Simple?
It's all about the DESIGN.
Clean and Simple design is:
* Uncluttered,
* has lots of white or open space, and
* has one main focal point.
--------------------------------
...and they should be from the past year...Jan 1 thru Dec 31.
Did you find your way to this thread because someone listed one of YOUR creations as a favorite? In addition to saying thank you, we encourage you to pay that smile you're probably wearing right now forward by sharing a few of the cards/projects YOU favorite-ed this year.
If this is your first time being mentioned in this thread or you have a new blog we have blog badges found here in Forums at Splitcoaststampers.
Need help linking your Favorites? Follow these steps:
1. Load this year's Favorites thread in your first browser tab. Scroll down and click the Go Advanced button.
2. Open a second tab (or a separate window). Go to the Gallery and click on "My Favorites."
3. Click on a card you have saved. At the top, highlight the web address. Hit Ctrl+C to copy.
4. Switch back to the first tab. Type the cardmaker's SCS name, add a couple of spaces and hit Ctrl+V to paste your link there. Hit Enter twice to add a blank line.
5. Repeat as many times as needed for all your links.
6. Click the Preview Post button and check that your links work. Then click the Submit Reply button.

So surprised to see a notification for an older card! Many thanks Susan, and Lisa. I'll take a quick peek at my favourites tomorrow and see what I have by way of CAS.
Many sincere thanks, Susan, for so geneorously mentioning 3 of my cards. I'm overwhelmed. You are too kind! Thank you, Lisa, for taking the time to let me know. Happy, Healthy New Year to you both. Hugs, Sallie
WT925 Butterfly by card crazy at Splitcoaststampers. I probably have more from Denise than anyone else, this is the one I've picked as my top favourite even though it doesn't showcase her wonderful use of dies.
Do you have any CAS favorites for 2022 that deserve a second look? Share them here. We would love to see them. Brighten the day for another SCS friend with your BEST of 2022 CAS favorites.

Lisa, I am so very humbled that you chose my nativity card as one of the CAS best for 2022.
You made the beginning of the New Year very special for me., thank you
Hugs,
First, let me admit I've been a member of SCS since 2007 and I never knew there was a favorites of the year thread before.
Secondly, can I point out how amazing Lisa (Shoe Girl) is -- not only does she have a huge list of favorites, but she even alphabetized them. Thank you, Lisa, for including my little coffee card among some of the truly wonderful cards that were posted in 2022. I'm honored
