I have zero owl stamps and no owl punch. Any suggestions would be appreciated. There may be others like me.

Roberta, I also have no owl stamps, and no owl punch. I did go online and purchased a digital stamp, but I can't get the image to open on my computer so I can print it! I see the image listed, but they are all greyed out. Any IT experts out there? I have a Mac Book (always had a non-Apple desktop before), so i'm sure that's part of my problem. Anyway, other than downloading a digital stamp (I only paid $3.25 for it), I have no other ideas, sorry.

Roberta there are many free digital owl images. Can you use one of those? Or do you own the crazy birds from Tim Holtz he has a bird that is very similar to an owl image that works great. I am not a challenge police, I am sure there is something you can doctor in your stash that will inspire you for this challenge.

Patti, so sorry you are having trouble with your image. I am not really great at IT and have zero experience with a Mac. Maybe you could send them a message? Or you could find a free image? You have until October 31st for my challenge. I will still be watching for entries.

One thing people did during HYCCT last year (or maybe DTGD this year?) was to use printable coloring pages. Usually no downloading and free.

Lisa asked me to do her Falliday's card challenge - although I am not doing any of them as of yet, I did do one for her challenge. She asked that we put owls in our cards today! Great challenge Lisa!!

Patti, does it tell you what file format the image is in? Send me a PM if you like. I'm no Mac expert, but might be able to help.

Lisa, I am so glad you came up with the owl challenge. Even though I didn't own any or punches with owls, I ended up buying a sweet digi (not at all expensive!)---and the images are so cute!! And now I have owls!!
Here's my owl card:

Lisa- great challenge, thanks! Had fun getting out my Taylored Expressions set for my images and sentiment- adding texture with a wood grain embossing folder. Did a bit of fussy cutting to my lower horizontal border of my cardstock, and drew some scallops for my outer border. Finished with a scalloped, embossed element with twine and raffia bows. Here's FF16ShoeGirl Hoot Hoot Hooray

Lisa, I used my new owl stamp from Cute Critters (hostess set from SU in the 2016 Holiday Catalog) and the owl punch. I used the fox too.

That was a fun challenge, and right on cue with me receiving the Cozy Critters hostess set. Perfect excuse to use the bundled owl!
