Challenge Title: Textures of Fall Hostess: Scraperwannabe aka Misti Keyword: FF17scraperwannabe Date: 10/15/2017
You see so many cool textures when it comes to dressing & decorating for fall. From burlap to cable knit sweaters, crispy fallen leaves, the roughness of pinecones, the bumpiness of pumpkins & gourds & fuzzy socks just to name a few. My challenge to you is to show some texture on your project.

I will be finishing a cabled sweater for my niece in a couple of days, so I am going to take advantage of this challenge for making the care tag to go with it ;-).
Love this challenge! My DD is a knitter, and made the olive green cowl in my photo- so this is dedicated to her. My card has a propped up basket that I fussy cut, and filled with yarn, sewn to a mesh bag. Added some more texture with my burlap background and my twine/button combo. Here's Kat's Knitting Basket

Love to add texture to cards! This is a fun challenge and I enjoy everything about Falliday!! My DGG went back home to AZ so I'm on my own from here on out! LOL!
I stamped the wheelbarrow on wood paper, so it has some texture and then I added raffia strips behind the pumpkins. The pumpkins and wheelbarrow are popped up on foam dots for more dimension.
I decided to color up an older SU stamp that has not seen ink in years. The front panel is cut out and it is a layer lower than the cardstock. I scored the front of the panel for texture.
I used a leaf die on a panel I made (using Distress Oxide Ink) for an earlier challenge.

Ive been wanting to try the tarnished foil technique so I thought your challenge would work for that as it adds a lot of texture. Thanks for hosting Misti!
