Beautiful! I had plans to get up and start right in this morning but then Mom decided she needs to go get a haircut, and Mom comes first. I'll be back as I have everything that is used so I won't have to go shopping for anything!

Anne, do you have die cuts? Maybe you could die cut something and use a variety of gold, silver, and or copper embossing powder on the die cut to achieve a similar effect. Just an idea.

I tried it, and made a mess, but think it turned out okay! I only had perfect pearls, which didn't really do much after the gilding flakes, but here it is.
nope, it has to be in the duck in closet. ( I have whacked my forehead on the door jam more than once now) ( tallpeopleproblems) AND most things are in Clear boxes. ( go figure) I thought it was with the flower soft in that box, but no.
Stacy as my DH would say they are right where you left them.I 🤣🤣 I just rearrange my craft room and organize all my paper and stuff, I can't find anything, but I knew where my flakes were.😂 of all things.
Well leave it to me to pick the hardest design for this technique 😂😂 I got it done, but in my way. I did not have any of the other stuff it add to my ornament so I added glitter. Well glitter and me don't get along🤣 it is everywhere. My floor around my desk sparkles 🤣
So I caved and bought new flakes, the thing I cannot remember and do not see in the written part is, do you wait for it to dry after you do the pearls over the flakes before you do the scrub off?
well, if you do it when its slightly sticky, it pulls the flakes off  ( ask me how I know that right?) So, I re-watched the video and I did it all backwards and it still worked out in the end Gilded Trees by JBgreendawn at Splitcoaststampers
