Splitcoaststampers.com - the world's #1 papercrafting community
You're currently viewing Splitcoaststampers as a GUEST. We pride ourselves on being great hosts, but guests have limited access to some of our incredible artwork, our lively forums and other super cool features of the site! You can join our incredible papercrafting community at NO COST. So what are you waiting for?
Jan this is a website that posts scripture every other Wednesday. You can print it from your printer onto cardstock (though our printer only prints on copier paper so then I adhere that paper to a piece of cardstock!).
Scroll through the many posts to find a scripture that you would like to use. You don't have to participate in their "contest" but you might enjoy that as well as posting your card on SCS gallery.
There are also many rubber stamp companies that have scripture stamps for purchase. I do not know if there are digital images at any companies.
Hi Jan...I am so glad you want to join us. If you read Post #1 on this thread, you should find the answers to your questions. After you read Post #1, If you still have questions, please PM me. I look forward to seeing your first project with Scripture Verse. :-) LM

Also when are they due and where so you post your cards?
Thanks! Sorry for all the questions.

Does anyone know of a company where you can have them make a scripture passage? There used to be a store in IA (I think in the Cedar Rapids area) that had a huge wall of scripture (wood mounted).

I am specifically looking for Micah 7:7-8
I am not sure if Our Daily Bread Designs would have this verse or not but I do know that Word Art Wednesday offered it as a free digital image. I am not sure what week they offered this verse but I had it saved on my computer.
Originally it was a colored .png file with a transparency and I did re-color to a black and white .jpeg file.
Hi Ladies! I hope you are not tired of me :-) Here is another card using a very simple verse from Song of Solomon. I think this card could be for a wedding or anniversary:
Even if you are behind, you can just jump in for the current verse and not worry about going back to past months if that is too overwhelming for you. :-) LM
One of the ladies in our Monday eve Bible Study group lost her brother this week (very unexpected heart attack and complications, I believe he knew the Lord). Hopefully this card will give her some comfort.
Is there a way to see the Devine Design gallery? The link doesn't seem to be working for me and I tried going into challenges on SCS. Thanks.

Hi Ladies! I hope you are not getting tired of me :-) I am the Guest Designer for the Retro Rubber Blog Challenge so I wanted to share the card that I created using Psalm 19:4- I absolutely love this Scripture and wanted to give more exposure in the gallery to this fabulous challenge!
Julie, my friend, I am never tired of looking at your beautiful cards showcasing Scripture! :-) LM

LM, thanks for your sweet encouragement! I have so many Scripture stamps and I love using them for birthday cards, etc. and want to promote this thread so more may join in- hugs and God Bless!
Here is my July Page which I finished in July, but did not upload until today. I was moved by a teacher in my Exercise Class that told about the Lotus Flower that grows out of yucky water. It reminded me of what Jesus Christ has done in redeeming me from my ugly past. I am so thankful that it is my Lord's faithfulness, rather than anything from myself, that has redeemed me and made me whole in Him. I was so thankful to find JanTink's card in the Gallery (which I cased) which showed a realistic Lotus Flower in the water.
