I will use my Abide card as my January memory verse- John 16:9. Since I have this week off I plan to make Valentines and a card for Benny.
Thanks for looking

This is beautiful. Are you considering an ABC devotional? I am inspired by you.
I'm following what LM and some of the others have done this year by doing 6x6 pages. While I love using Scripture on cards, I think trying a page will help me memorize more passages. I am getting tired of winter as today's high was a whopping 4, so decided to go for something a little more spring-like.
I also just spent some time looking in the gallery and am so inspired by all of the beautiful cards and pages posted!

Hi, I am so happy to be part of this new challenge for me, I am ready to post a picture of my challenge in the gallery, but I can't find where is the gallery, I have tried everywhere and I am completly lost, is there a way to get a link to get directly to it? thank you so much
I will post her a link to the BVC11 Gallery once we get some entries in it.
Clemencia...The way to put your picture in our BVC11 Gallery is by putting the word BVC11 in the Key Words. :-)
Further Instructions for uploading to the Gallery are in Post #77 of this thread.
HTH,
LM :-)

Heres my submission for Jan.
I am hoping to be better in my prayer life this year so I started out with this altered note pad as a "Prayer Journal".....hopefully having this pretty journal close by will gve me the push to keep on my knees in prayer all year!!!
I would like to join the Bible Verse Challenge. I have my submissions already done for January and February, so just have to get them uploaded . I just hooked up a new printer-scanner to the computer, so hope I can get it all uploaded right. I enjoy looking at everyone's pages.

Hi Mary...I am so glad you were able to make your January Card. It would be very helpful if you could post the link on this thread...so we can go right to it when you post that you have finished it, rather than having to go the Gallery. To add a link, just copy the URL at the top of the card page, then click on the little word icon in the message box, and follow the instructions there. Let me know if you need more help in doing this. LM :-)
I've added my January card ~ Hope you all find it in the Gallery. I'm gonna look now to see if I see it there.
I would like to try this challenge again this year as I did not do so well last year. However, right now I am working diligently to finish up a 6x6 scripture album gift for my SIL so it may be February before I can join in.

Jennipher...Welcome back. I am so glad you are going to try again this year...I missed you last year. No problem with you waiting until February to join us. :-) LM

Thanks, I appreciate that! I missed playing along.
I have loved looking at the projects and verses done during this month of January. We still have one more day in the month...looking forward to seeing the rest. :-) LM
Evening Everyone. I have my submission for January. It's a wedding card with the verse
Ecclesiastes 4:12. I hope to make a 6 x 6 page for my memory album too but for now, here it is. Wedding Card 4:12

I can't believe this is the last day for Jan and I still don't have my project. Lots going on this month, including completely redoing my craft room. That project is taking longer than I thought, but once done I'll have space to work on all of these projects. I'm also trying to decide how I want this project to go. At the moment I'm thinking a small album for me to reflect on and add too...
Here's my January card, just a day late!! I combined it with today's color challenge. I absolutely love this verse and want to write it right across my heart and mind!!! Here it is: No Fear
I want to do this challenge again this year, even though I didn't quite finish last year. I stopped in October. :-( This year I'm going to make cards that I can give to encourage others. In the past I've done 8x8 pages, but not this year. For my January card, I made a Valentine for a dear friend using Proverbs 17:17. Here's the link:
Trust everyone is doing well. It's another snow day here in Toledo. Even my husband can't go to work today - level 3 emergency. So we are home together for the day. It's really quite nice!!
I made bookmarks for January & February and got them into my gallery, but it's been so long since I've uploaded anythig, that I don't remember how to link them into another place.Maybe someone can refresh my memory. Thanks.

Have to share what I'm doing for Valentine's Day, I'm so excitied! Pray it will bless everyone receiving them, thanks. Now I'm thinking I'll make some every week and give out when I'm out and about...what do you think? I'm going to get two letters on one sheet of paper, side by side and then cut them so, I'm not using a whole pc of card stock. Anyways, tell me your thoughts.
Ok, now about my project...I found this wonderful site Fathersloveletter.com instead of sending a link in an e-mail to family & friends, I decided I would print them out to give on Valentine's Day. Along with a book called "Steps to Christ". (links are on my blog to read on-line) Even if you already believe in God it is an inspiring and refreshing read.
It's a great way to send some Love to someone on Valentine's Day, Easter, Everyday! What a great project to show others how much God is crazy in Love with them and wants to have a relationship with them. (and YOU!) If your wondering where is the scripture? It's inside the letter four pages of God's promises drawing you near to Him. Go to my blog and read it or go to www.fathersloveletter.com.
I just came across this thread and love this idea so much! I believe it would do me good to accept the challenge. I am thinking a mini book or desk calendar with monthly scriptures would be great for me as well as friends. I have also enjoyed looking through the past gallaries and seeing great verses and projects.
Welcome Jenn! We do hope you accept the challenge and share your artwork with us. It's a blessing to include God's word with stamping or scrapbooking. The blessing is for the stamper and for the recipent. His word is a lamp unto our feet and a light unto our path. Hope to see some of your creatiions soon.
