When September rolls around, I get in the mood for fall. The leaves in many parts of country are changing to rich browns and greens, yellows and oranges. Living in Arizona for the past 18 years, I do miss the fall season I enjoyed in New York State.
So, for this weeks challenge, Id like you to make a page using fall colors. The page doesnt have to be about fall activities (although feel free to make it so); it can be of anything you like. Just use at least 3 fall colors such as orange, green, gold, red, purple, etc.
Ive picked five page samples from different galleries:
You can view all submissions for this challenge here (to add your page to this gallery, just add DGC044 to your keywords): DGC044.
Also, please take a minute to post a link on this thread so we wont miss seeing your work!
Have a great week! I look forward to seeing your layouts.

I might just give your digi challenge a try. I never digi scrap but I have tons of how-to books, tips and tricks etc, so perhaps I can find a way to use some digi and some traditional for a hybrid page. :p

That would be awesome, Jenn! It really is fun and like you said, you can always do some things here and there and create a hybrid page!
WOW! Thanks for using one of my pages as a sample. I love the digi challenges. And I LOVE fall colors too!!! My favorite kit was "Norwegian Wood", very fall, but I some how permanently deleted, don't ask me how:confused: But it's lost and I can't find it:( Oh well maybe I can buy it.........thanks for the challenge Wendy.

Thanks so much for using my page as a sample! I am new to Digital Scrapbooking with the new MDS (My Digital Scrapbooking) and am totally in LOVE! I never thought I would feel like this, but I do. I urge everyone to try it!!!

Beautiful page, Sandy! I love the layout, scalloped strip, title. You're doing such beautiful pages using the new SU software. And your kids are all adorable! Thanks for playing!
Wendy, wow, great challenge. Thanks for using one of my pages as an example. We just got back from vacation, have some pics I could use. The last two weeks have been super busy, working, getting ready for vaca and then on vaca. Putting together a digi page will be fun and relaxing. Will be back later to comment on others layouts, must keep busy at putting all the vaca stuff away but just had to check out SCS before I went any further, lol.

You're welcome, Marcia!!

Glad you had fun on your vaca. and that you like the challenge. Look forward to seeing your page(s)!

Here is mine. I hurried and put all the vaca things away so I could sit down and "digi" for awhile. I sure enjoyed working on this layout, used a new gradient and worked over the mask to make it more what I wanted. I haven't had any "net" time for so long, so enjoyed finding some new digi things. Now I am tired, lol. It is only 8:30 here but I think I am going to grab a magazine (new photoshop elements mag in mail today!) and go to bed. Loved the other layouts in the challenge, good job gals. Haven't visited with Joyce lately, wondering if she has moved. Must e-mail her.
Loved your challenge, and glad it didn't have to be actual Fall pics. I did a couple photo shoot last weekend and used some of the pics for this page. Beginnings by AnniePanda at Splitcoaststampers

Jenn--what a pleasant surprise to find you here in the digi forum--hope we'll see you some more in the days to come. Love your page and your writing on the photo--it's a great way to get some journaling on the page without taking up additional space. So glad to see you playing with Photoshop Elements!
Wow--what a fantastic first page!! Your colors and layout are awesome--love the fall touches too. So glad you played--hope to see some of your pages in the digi challenges again soon!
I am new at posting here and am not sure how long these challenges stay open but I have a page that would fit this challenge so thought I would go ahead and post it here. Thanks for looking.
