Here's another card for the challenge, Yuletide Trees, this time using Pool Party as the dominant color.Last card for the week, off up the coast to my great granddaughters first birthday.
I liked the colors you chose, Maura. I wasn't sure about the pool party so I just sponged it lightly to make it look like the sky. This card has a kitty that is purrfectly content watching it snow and there is no doily for the valence as there is on my other card, which is posted in my gallery. My son liked it better that way. I love the new DSP, which will be available to customers September 1. I thought it looked liked Victorian wallpaper! Thank you for the challenge. I did an "L" challenge for our alphabet challenge this week, and went back to using these colors again which work so well for Christmas cards. I used real red instead of the cherry cobbler to stamp with as the cherry cobbler looked too dark on the pool party squares.
