I hope you are ready for this week's ColorChallenge and a new Guest Hostess! I am Delighted to be working with the CC Team for the next 6 months! I have some Valentine colors for you today, but before we get to them, let's celebrate Karen's favorite from last week!
....Karen chose this Hello Spring Beauty by Jenna Barber!
Here's what Karen said, "I LOVE Jenna's stunning shabby chic creation - and since she is my shabby chic inspiration I didn't need to think twice about who my favorite was for the week! When I make a shabby chic card I keep one or two of Jenna's in front of me for inspiration!! I just love the awesome background on this as well as the beautiful doily and the gorgeous fussy cutting and coloring!"
Congrats, Jenna! The code to add the badge to your blog is below. Your card will also be featured on our color challenge Pinterest board.
And now on to this week's challenge: "A Very Basic Rose".
Please keep in mind, that while we list SU colors for the challenges, these are just color reference points. Use the closest colors you have. We want everyone to be able to join in with us.
Please put CC618 in your keywords section. If you have more than one challenge, use a comma to separate so we can find your card!

Congratulations on your first hostess challenge, Roberta. You did a great job! (You know that I like grays...so this was a "go" for me.) Did something a little different for a valentine. Thanks.

Had fun using this week's colors for my card, adding some warming tea (teacup stack) for our Ways To Use It Challenge. Liked the contrast of the grey with the brighter hues! Here's Valentine Teacups

Lovely colours but unfortunately, I don't have SU inkpads - I used Memento Dew Drops Love Letters and Grey Flannel. The panel itself was as close to a Very Vanilla as I could get
I finally got around to this color challenge and have tried many many times to upload my card for today and continue to get ERROR. It is HERE on my blog if you care to take a look.
