I did this color combination for some Valentine's cards a couple years ago and everyone loved it! It can be so masculine (although the card I made for this challenge isn't masculine, it's Christmas).

I got 2 done! used the Merry and Bright set from PTI for one and the cutest little deer image from the Nov. Unity KOTM for the other. TFL!

At last I've managed to do my card for the challenge. Although I love the colours I'm not entirely happy with the result, it didn't come out as I'd hoped.

Question:
I am VERY new to this whole stamping scene, and to SCS. I don't have many supplies - mostly scrapbooking stuff. I do have a Stampin' Up catalog - 2007-2008, and I see the colors you mention often in there. I don't own any of their papers. Is it ok to substitute similar colors to participate? They look like fun. :confused:
