I'm Baack!!.... I can't believe how much you miss when your computer decides to go into winter hibernation... Stupid thing!!! I has taken a week to get it fixed. Anyway here is my card...
I was so excited to be taking on a challenge again, I ran to my stamping table without reading the instructions correctly. I used my Taken with Teal instead of the Turquoise. I hope it still counts though ;)
I JUST got some new images sent to me from a blogger friend and when I saw this color combo, I thought of this one immediately. THANKS for the color challenge--I'm so glad I got one done today!
I have been so excited to see all of today's cards with this color combo, but alas, I cannot see ANY cards. All I can see is the descriptions and the supplies used. I haven't actually been able to see any cards in days. I wonder if it is just me or are the rest of you also experiencing difficulty?
They come up really slow - sometimes I have to reload. It seems to be hit or miss today! Frustrating!!!!
What a great color combination! I just took a quick look through the gallery and I do not think I can even come close to these beautiful cards!!! But...once I get home from work...I will give it a try! I love the combo!

Just like Beate...I almost never look at my Bold Brights...so I thought that this would be more of a challenge for me...but it wasn't so much and I like the end result...I am very pleased with the outcome of these cards...Thanks for another great challenge Emily!
I hope you all like these two...Thanks for looking! Happy Stampin! God bless!
I thought I'd use a stamp set I hadn't pulled off my shelves in a while.
I haven't done a ton of stamping in the last month or two. After tons of traveling, we found out we were pregnant...We'd been trying for a year and a half after miscarrying, Hope, our baby #2.
Well, after a bit of bedrest and some spotting, just last week we lost our baby #3. I don't mean to go on about it, but stamping is one of my means for therapy and coping...getting away and spending some time for me. (maybe escaping a bit) (BESIDES scripture, friends, etc.)
WE are so thankful for our little boy, jacob, who is 4 1/2 years old. He has prayed for a new baby every day since last Sunday, my sweet boy. (ahh, the faith of a child)
So, now I'm back and hope to do more challenges again. This is just such a fun community of stampers and a great wealth of ideas and creativity. I am so thankful for splitcoaststampers. I tell all my SU customers about it and write the website on their order forms so they have a fun place to look for ideas.
i fianlly got mine done. this is not my usual style, by any means but i wanted to challenge myself do do a style that isn't my normal. i kinds like it....
