I had to stamp with bubble wrap. I watched Natasha Foote and she used different sizes of wrap. I own two sizes so tried both. I finished one using Polished Pink. I like how the background looks like so many things, I see shells and flowers. Maybe I will make another with another color.
My card looks better IRL, LOL, I added bubbles using a paint pen and a BG Copic marker.... and had a fun set (I have never used) on sale from clearance at Hobby Lobby a few months ago..... with a sentiment with bubbles in it.....
