I just received my latest order from Simon Says Stamps and I got this adorable cat stamp by Newton's Nook - Newton's Birthday. I decided to try my hand at masking, so I added two balloons behind the kitty. The balloons are from MFT - DC Party Balloons stamped with Hero Arts Neon pink and orange. For the embossed red band I used Happy Birthday embossing folder is by Crafter's Companion.
