CCC 07-May
Here are my May cards. I did 5 of each today. I didnt realize the snowman photograph came out so poorly,it really is a cute card IRL. I know its early but I am trying to stay ahead because of all the stuff I have coming up this summer.
May??? Are you mad woman? I'm still figuring out February! Actually, my aunt died and I sorta didn't feel very Christmasy and let that month slide, so then March sorta slid.... but I have my designs, just to get crackin'! YOu are excellent motivation!

Finished my May cards early, so decided to upload. Made a few different ones this month, as I did some for the challenges. I made 2 of the SC, 6 of the WTC, and then 8 of the Holiday Greetings, for a total of 16 for May and 40 cards total so far. Thanks for looking! It feels good to be ahead of the game:-)
It's the same card I've been making since the beginning of the year. The reason I haven't done a variety of cards is my husband would then want to know who gets this, who gets that, and who do these go to. A one-of-a-kind card removes all confusion!
Well, I've been working on a crab with a snowman hat, but went to my LSS store and did NOT find any patterned paper that matched sufficiently with real red. All of the reds were distressed/burgundy. Any ideas? I probably can go online, but I like to FEEL the paper...
However, I just borrowed snowflake spot, so maybe I'll switch gears for May, I love having this group to work on my Christmas cards!
I have completed my May cards. I had so much fun with these. The corners are with a Sizzix diecut. The "snow friends" background was done on the computer. I used heat and stick powder and glitter on the snowmen. It's a beautiful card IRL. Thanks for taking a look. Sue

I finished my May cards early. I think this is a first for me! THey are the same as last month so I am posting the same link. This month there were no patchwork cards since I am out of all of the little squares now.

Yaaaa hoooooo, thank you , thank you, and upload is working and so is adding attachments here, I just put my cards in the Christmas Card box. I did end up with 16 as I made two prototypes to begin with. Oh my,,,, it feels so wonderful to have 28 cards done already. And I still like them all!!! That is my biggest worry that I wouldnt like the earlier ones that I made when I made new ones.

Beautiful cards - this is for all that have posted. My cards aren't even a "twinkle in my eye" yet. I"m waiting for the new catty to see what sets are available. Like someone else on this thread mentioned, I make all my cards the same. But I definitely see the value in doing ten each month. Looking forward to seeing more wonderful creations.

All these cards are awesome! I am so inspiried by your creativity and determination to get your cards done before the holidays! Too busy now to make my May cards, but I will before the month's end. I love this challenge and forum...it keeps me focused on getting them done even if I'm not an early bird.

YAY - 12 cards done for May!!
Here they are I have been sick all week - today I finally felt well enough to play. I wasn't even thinking Christmas - but this was the result. Here is a close-up view The tags are all the same, just different colored base cards and "ribbon". They weren't difficult - but the 12 cards took over 2 HOURS!!

I finished my 10 Christmas cards for this month. Kept them very simple and free of bulky embellishments, because they have to travel overseas. Here's one of them.
