I did okay on my own this year, but not without some surprises. I want to do better for 2007. Please sign me up, I've been watching the forums waiting for this challenge, and I've already ordered the stamp set I am going to use for our cards next year. I can hardly wait to get started!:p
OK...I'm going to join in on the fun!! I am ALWAYS waiting until the last minute and then getting all stressed out...as I am now!! Thanks for the opportunity to get a head start on my Christmas next year.
I would like to join too. I wish I had done it this year. I'm not sure I'm going to get finished now. :(

Joining this challenge in 2006 was the best thing I could have done. Please add my name to the list for 2007. I only need to make 80 cards, so put me down for February to September. That will give me the month of January to come up with my card designs
Ok I might as well jump in with both feet for my first challenge. Put me in for Jan. - Nov. I always end up stressed out over my cards every year. This sounds like a great plan for next year.
I'm in. I'm so glad I did this for this year, although I really had a tough time getting a handle on doing Christmas cards in January. Now... I just need to get them all mailed... :rolleyes:
Once you post to it, you should automatically be subscribed to it. PM means private message. If you click on my SCS name, a menu will come down and one of the options is send a private message. If you click on that, it will bring you to another screen, just fill in with your message and send it and I will get a message. I will send one to you later on today (I am working now, or supposed to be working now!)

To join the challenge, all you have to do is make your cards for the month and when they are done, post here that you are done. We are on the honor system. (Take a picture and upload if you can, everyone likes to see the creations) If you are the first one done you will receive a small prize from me. For every month you complete the challenge you will be put in to a drawing for a prize basket that will be drawn in December 2007.

I think if you go on the home page, on the left hand side, there is a link for uploading cards. Not sure if it tells you how to do it. It is pretty easy. I will look around and if I see something, I will send it to you.

I don't see why not. As long as you don't post in December, it should count as January. My only concern is for the prize, because it is the first one who posts for the month gets the prize. I am not sure if it has come up before. Technically, it says who ever posts first, and doesn't say anything about when they were done. I think that in general, it is interpreted as being done in the month too. Oh, I don't know, does anyone have any thoughts on this? :confused: I think we will go with the concensus of the group.

Some of you have been kind enough to offer to send gifts for the prizes, to help me out.
I just would ask that you put "christmas card challenge" or something similar on the package so I won't be wondering why someone is sending me some nice things for nothing! :eek:
