ORGANIZATION BEING FEATURED:
Coordinated Community Response Against Domestic Violence
Description of Organization: The mission of the organization is to serve victims of domestic violence and their children through education and provide financial assistance to help them make their lives better and safer. CONTACT PERSON:

Referred by: smriti-smriti TYPE OF CARDS: Any general cards like Hello, Thinking of you, etc. Motivational/Inspirational cards would also be nice. An envelope with the card would be appreciated. SPECIAL RESTRICTIONS: Easy to mail cards are preferred....meaning not real bulky or chunky. GUIDELINES: Please keep in mind, we are representing SCS by sending our cards each month. Recycling is always good, but only use products on your cards that you would like to receive on cards. Also, our card donations are not tax deductible and it is not required. Please do not ask for a receipt. There have been groups that will send thank you's but the "referred by" person keeps us informed and passes on the thank you's. Most of these organizations are volunteers and spend countless hours helping others, lets help make their jobs easier and bless them in helping others.

For a little added inspiration you can join us in playing along with the OPTIONAL challenge each month. This is only optional and you do not have to play along to send your cards to the featured cause for the month. We always take cards no matter if you play along in the challenge or not. yes, envelopes please if you can...they are asking for less chunky cards for easy mailing. leave them blank or small stamped sentiment inside, they will be writing personal messages on the inside. spiritual is welcome. thanks so much!

I sent out 19 very CAS cards today- the designer paper did most of the work this time :-) Each one has a different background paper and design- here are a few samples and I will post the rest to my blog/gallery later (we have a severe storm is on the way here) ....
