What a great group!! I'm going to send my cards I made for WCMD challenges and try and squeeze a few more out while the kiddies are in bed. This challenge hits home because I was diagnosed at the age of 32 with breast cancer, with an almost 3 yr old and an 18month old in tow! My 5 year anniversary will be this December 25th! I am honored to participate in this challenge...I only wish I would have seen it at the beginning of the month!
just out of curiosity, can we "switch" it up a bit and do one for uterine cancer? i believe it's blue. we just lost my sis in law this year to uterine cancer, she was in her early 40's. just curious, let me know if you know, thanks bunches....
Yes, there are all kinds of cancers. Chemo Angels is not only for those with breast cancer.

What a great idea...I am so excited to be a part of this and making someone's day brighter...I am sending mine over in the next day or two...here is my card...
Here is my first card for this great cause! I am going to ask the nurses that I work with if they will all make just one card. I am sure they will say yes!
TFL
What a wonderful idea! My family is always wondering what I am going to do with all these cards I'm making. Now I can tell them they will be put to good use.
I don't think there are many people that have not been affected in some way by cancer. My mother had uterine cancer, my mother-in-law had liver cancer, my sister-in-law had abdominal cancer. All were terminal. My daughter had thyroid cancer, but praise God, won that battle! My Dad and husband get bouts of skin cancer and I have lymphoma, which so far has not required any treatment.
It is so encouraging that more battles are being won today and advances in treatment are being made, but we still need to find that cure. In the meantime it is wonderful to have all the love and support we can possibly give.
You will be receiving a bundle of cards as soon as I can get them ready.
Bless you for what you are doing!
SCS is the best.

When I was undergoing chemo for ovarian cancer in 2007, I had a Chemo Angel *and* a Card Angel. Every time I would receive something in the mail from them, it just brightened my day like you wouldn't believe!
Take it from someone who knows, first-hand....even the smallest efforts don't go unnoticed! You are all truly wonderful.

Hi, just wanted to let you know that I have just came back from the post office mailing out my cards for such a wonderful cause. Thanks for having such a great thing!
Hi Tonya, it is good to hear that what we do makes such a differnce in a persons life. I just sent a letter to my chemo patient, and I am working on a package for her, it will go out on Monday.
In reply to Faith.. yes cancer has touched everyone I know, my family included, that is why I am a Chemo Angel and why I volunteer every year for the Relay For Life in my county. We have to keep fighting til a cure is found. And I appreciate each and everyone here who is making a card or cards. You are all angels in my book.

Mailed some today. Hope they make it there in time - from the west coast of Canada. Realized later I should have mailed them air - forgot what day it was! Thanks again for your help.

I've posted my package airmail package today of 12 cards for this great cause. Will it be the longest distance cards all the way from New Zealand I wonder?
Taylor, I have VSN cards to mail. I didn't code them right, but it doesn't really matter if they are in this gallery right. Will mail tomorrow and hopefully you'll get them in time.
