This sketch may seem a little easy, may seem a little odd - but there's a reason for my madness with this one
The internal rectangle is purposely 2.5" x 3.5" - the size of an ATC. The catch for this sketch is to think outside the box, the feather/leaf elements show items hanging off the internal rectangle. So you can create an ATC and mount it, or create an element with stuff that hangs outside of it, or do both!
Hope you have fun with this one!
Here are some inspiring cards from our team to get you started:
Went with a vintage heart theme for my card, adding a tag for my hanging element. Added some sparkle with my white flower, and texture with my butterfly and fiber panel. Here's remember me

Ah ha! I have been wondering about doing a card with an ATC as part of the design. I always have one or two around that I like but they didn't get swapped for some reason or other.
Will use this sketch as soon as possible.
Today is the first day of the LYS Tour here in the Puget Sound area- that's the Local Yarn Shop Tour- and we are almost ready to go! I made a card with this week's colors and today's sketch modified a bit for today's sketch challenge. Here's feeling wooly

I've looked at this sketch several times and have always veered to far off to count it as a sketch. When I stopped making it complicated it came together....sound familiar? Ha!
