I like these tall cards and the new envy template. But I have to admit...it takes a long time to make a card when you're making a matching envelope too! I cased a card from Cindy Lyles, but I turned it into a tall pocket card. I really like how it turned out:
I attempted the tri fold and boomed again before I got to far, just couldn't think today and everything I did was wrong including posting to this thread.
Somehow I managed to get this card done BUT not without cutting the c/s wrong first! Some days are just like that!
I love looking at all your great ideas. I bought a BIG box of envies for "different" size cards, just because I was tired of the quarter fold. It takes a 7.25 square of cardstock folded in half.
After I bought them, I haven't done much at all. I'm planning to CASE a bunch of your cards from this challenge just to get myself moving. Chicken Soup
I really love this size card, what a great idea. Here is my card, I combined it with the CC 41 and the Cracked Glass technique.
I do not know what I did, but try this link, this is where my card is, so I hope it works for everyone.
Sorry for the confusion. Thanks to everyone for the very nice comments on this card, you have made my day! Gallery at Splitcoaststampers
This morning before I posted to this thread I double checked myself to make sure of what I was seeing. AndyJoe when I brought your card up to view I got the set page with all the latest uploads for it with different user names.
So I clicked it again and and brought up a second page and got your gallery site with your card to this challenge as your last upload. So check it out!
Wahoo! I'm really not crazy like I thought yesterday!
I promised my stamp club we'd do popin' pastels this time. I'm so glad I was able to come up with a card featuring a free whellin' set. I was also able to do pastels on both light and dark paper all on this one card.

I've been having stamping withdrawls this week while entertaining company! Unfortunately this card couldn't wait. It is for my college suitemate who's husband was killed in an accident last week.
So sorry for all of you that have been trying to view my chalk board crayon kids card. I think it somehow got overlooked cause it has been pending for hours. It is here now.

And here's a new one:

I used the new Card-Cover Envelope Template to make a 6" x 3-3/4" card and combined it with this week's Color Challenge -- lots of fun! Here's my card.
I hope to do another one for this challenge. I made this one very quickly for my grandson who will be 9 tomorrow...I think he will enjoy the frog theme. With this card, I wish that I had backed the 'grassy' paper with a green, before attaching it to the Natural Tan. But since my grandson won't really care (he will be more interested in the money inside the card, than the card itself..LOL), I wanted to keep it simple. TFL

I really like this card size!! Thanks for making it a challenge, Rox, so I could learn how to do it. I combined this with CC51 and TLC41 (Cracked glass).
Will here it is!!!
I combined SC61 with an old color challenge,cc24 again out of my comfort
zone.
It was fun to do & I cased Rox71 card for SC60.
I don't know what I would do, without all of you talented ladies out their.
Thanks for looking.... Gallery at Splitcoaststampers

I finally got one made. This is really fun. I made a birthday card for my nephew Ben's first birthday. The party is in one hour and as usual, I am doing things at the last minute. This is my first card with no stamping, I only used scrapbook papers. I made a faux monogram for the number 1. Thanks for looking. Gallery at Splitcoaststampers
