halloween card
here's my challenge card:
Laurel's Halloween card
I had fun combining the challenge and the TJ bandana technique. I just used regular card stock, to blend the colors. I love the autumn colors!

Quote from Roxie- If your card doesnt show in the gallery right away, just be patient, sorry, there is nothing anyone can do about it.
Mine took 3hrs. Is that what others are experiencing? Not complaining just curious!
Thanks Roxie for a wonderful sketch. I had fun playing with a big panel. I decided to paper piece my little angel. Here she is:

Please tell me what you think I can do to be a better stamper.

I have another larger image waiting to colour in, but I just thought I'd get a picture of this one taken while there's a slight break in the rain and a bit of decent light for the photo!
I like the simplicity of the sketch, although it feels odd to have the image off-centre on the matting, and on the card
.
Thanks, Roxie.

It was my first try watercoloring with reinkers. I think I need a lot more practice but it didn't turn out too bad.

SC189 Fall Gratitude
Here is my
FALL GRATITUDE for today's sketch challenge. This was fun, especially since I just got this EF today and was dying to try it out! Thanks, Roxie for a great sketch. I'm sure I'll be using it many times over.
I embossed the main image with the CB; tied twine around and then pulled the knot up into the center of the flower and adhered it to the card. Added brads; punched out with a scallop square punch and a square punch for the sentiment. I'm pleased with the results and I like these colors...very much fall, don't you think? tfl & I always appreciate your comments.

What a great sketch challenge. I so hate covering up my beautiful DP, so this is perfect. I also think this DP is perfect for this little bird. TFL
