Card Sketch Challenge Newbie!
This is my first time to try to make a card to fit the sketch (as opposed to looking for sketches that fit the card I want to make). I love this layout, I'm sure I will be using it often!
Smile Crocodile SC187 by mtgchic at Splitcoaststampers
Question: Are the measurements more of a "guideline" rather than a rule? (I made the square-ish shape a 1/4 inch smaller because I wanted to see more of the background paper).

Great sketch. I had to enlarge the dimensions a bit. Here it is.

I combined this with Cindy's teapot from yesterday.
It was a great sketch, I loved it.
I'd like to try it again in a smaller size - I had to use a sheet of card folded in two which is a bigger size than I am comfortable with. So maybe tomorrow if I have time I'll try again in my regular size.
Thanks, Roxie, I really enjoyed this one.

I love this sketch challenge. I love all of 'em where I can use up some snippits of paper. I have 4 little plastic drawer units from WalMart, and 2 large drawer units that I can't open because they're too full of paper. And yes, they are organized by color (I made 100 on the Monk quiz). Here's my effort for today's challenge:
